Paul at Keyhole is a shyster. He got paid for a job from the builder & when they keys Keyhole gave the builder didn't work, he charged a service call of $100 to fix THEIR mistake. He is rude, disrespectful & immature, even though he is an older man. I think he needs to retire, or at the very least, take some classes on customer service. read more

A person named John helped me. John made clear that if the keys that he cut for my Chrysler did not work, that there was no refund. I told him I accepted that. One of the keys that I needed cut did not fit into his machine and he told me that I would have to have that key pulled out and ready, as he was not going to wait for me . He quickly run up the total and I paid. After getting ready to leave I reminded him that I needed my receipt. He looked at me and said "I told you that there were no refunds, why do you need a receipt?" I told him I just need the receipt for my records, I understand there are no refunds." He still refused to give me my receipt. I hope they have some kind of camera to record this guy's actions. read more

I have gone to Keyhole Security for many years, mostly to have various keys made. I've always been pleased with their fast friendly service. Last week I found a new reason to love this business. Earlier this month I purchased a used Toyota Sienna van from my neighbors. The neighbors lost the spare set of keys so I only received one set of keys. Turns out the key-less remote locking and unlocking FOB did not work on the set I received. This wasn't a crisis but somewhat inconvenient. When I went to the Toyota dealership to have the van serviced and checked out I asked them to check out the FOB to see what is wrong with it. When I went back to pick up the van, the service rep said the FOB was worn out. The price of a new one is $150. I told him I'd just use the key for now. Since I don't feel comfortable with only one set of keys, last week I went into Keyhole Security to get another key made for the van. I also asked about getting a new FOB from them. They quoted me a price of $125 and said they could have it in a few days. I decided to go ahead and order it. When I went in to pick up the new FOB and get it programmed for my van, the service tech checked out the old FOB and said it just needed to be cleaned. I now have two sets of keys and two working FOBs. And that, my friends, is just one more reason to love Keyhole Security in Wenatchee, Washington. read more

While I read reviews all the time this is the first one I have written. We lost our one and only electronic key fob for our car with keyless ignition. The dealer assured us no one but the dealer would be able to program a new key fob when there is no other electronic key to copy from. We were looking at a $1,000 bill. I went straight to keyhole and they programmed a new key for 1/4 of the dealer price. It was quick, painless, and affordable. read more

Outstanding service! While road-tripping with my son the ignition went out our Odyssey van in Leavenworth. After finally getting towed to their shop at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon they went out of their way to hook us up and fix the ignition within a couple hours saving us from being stranded for the weekend (and for a very reasonable price). My dad lost his master key to a tool box that's attached to his truck. Didn't get the name of the guy who attended to us, but he took a look at the lock and said that he can try to make us a key, but there was no guarantee that the key would work. We said we'll try it anyway. So the guy made the key & right after the key was made he was like "its going to be $13." My dad says " aren't we going to test the key first to see if it works?" The guy says "no, I just want to be paid right now. I told you there's no guarantee that the key will work." My dad and I stood there dumb founded because we have never been treated this way and obviously my dad and I didn't understand that the guy was going to charge us even if the key didn't work. The guy knew we were confused and kept saying "you didn't understand? I said no guarantee." Ok buddy! We heard the "no guarantee" part, we just didn't hear the "no guarantee but we WILL charge you full price whether it works OR NOT" part!!! He didn't even allow us to try it & demanded to paid. We didn't argue, & paid the guy.. Even though we obviously didn't understand his terms in the first place, he charged us and said that if it didn't work, go back the next day and he will try to figure something out, but we would have to pay more. That's not right. My father and I will never come back to this place. Thoroughly disappointed. Thumbs down. P.S fortunately, the key worked. but that doesn't matter. The way you treated US matters! We bought a house with their alarm system in it and the prior owner called them to deactivate the service. Well, it didn't happen and the alarm went off at 4am in the morning. We called Keyhole thinking someone must be there monitoring the alarm system like the other companies do but NO, got an answering machine asking to leave a number and the tech will call back within 15 minutes. It's been 30 minutes and NO TECH HAS CALLED. Terrible way to run a business!!!! Update, been over an hour now and still no call from the Tech on call. Keyhole needs to stick to cutting key, the only thing the are go at. At least they use to be! read more

As a local business owner and a longtime Cashmere or Chelan resident, Keyhole is the first place I go with anything key related. I've used them for 10+ years, from the security system in my business, to various random auto and home keys over the years, and it's David (the GM) that has "locked" (excuse my pun) in my continued business. Super kind, and helpful. He's helped me choose something that was actually appropriate for my place. So many of these security places just want to bank on insecure people, and sell them a bunch of crap to sate their most absurd insecurities. I was sold what I need, and it was installed right. Also, I'm pretty sure the church I attend also has a keyhole system.. Sometimes they can't do the dealer spec keys. I've been kindly redirected to the dealer on a electronic Toyota and a electronic Mercedes key, but I've been told that they do some electronic ones, worth checking first. There's a reason keyhole's name is on MOST EVERY local businesses here, from Leavenworth to Chelan. They are the best locksmith in the Wenatchee Valley. To any other local business owners, Keyhole will shoot you straight. read more

Rekeyed two deadbolts, installed one new one and replaced another. They also installed a bar on a sliding door. Techs were courteous and the work itself was good. My only issue was that the cost seemed a little high. read more

Came in today to see if they'd be able to fix the stuck TSA lock on my suitcase. They were able to fix it in 10 minutes and only charged me $5 for their services! I am so happy they saved me from having to break the lock on my new suitcase! Highly recommend them! Oh and the address listed on Yelp is their old address. Their website says they cut auto keys But they refused to cut my oem VW Jetta key ; it had a VW original uncut stem attached to the fob. I was not the original owner of the key but it is definitely OEM. They gave me a lame excuse that they don't cut them because the keys do not come out well. I had an identical key cut by them a few years ago. OEM is OEM no matter where it comes from. This is not a aftermarket key. read more

These guys took care of me a while back when no one else would. I locked me keys in my trunk. I called my AAA. They called back 20 min later. After calling all of their people in the area: the closest help was 3 hours away. One of the guys at Good Will told me to call Keyhole. It was on a monday right after 5. The locksmith materialized in less then fifteen mins. He then picked my trunk lock open (fast). The kicker? He only charged me the normal rate even though it was well after 5 and he was clearly off work for the night. No joke, I worry less knowing I can call them. Thanks Keyhole. read more
