The seal around the new glass was loose and when we reported this issue, they promised to send out a worker to take a look and never did. We asked 3 different times over several months and explained that we had water leaking into the garage. Each time they indicated they would follow up but they never did. In the end we tried to fix ourselves & then noticed that the new glass did not fit the frame. There was a gap. Could this company be any worse? Don't think so. Actually, rates no stars.

The place was pretty easy to find, but definitely a place that Must stay open by word of mouth since it's not a place you would probably ever drive by. It's run out of, what appears to be, someone's garage, behind their house. The sign was small, but I knew what I was looking for so I spotted it fairly easily. My four door car cost $180 plus tax to tint all four windows plus the back window. When I picked up my car (after only 2 1/2 hours!! Really fast) there were instructions not to roll down the windows for three days, not to use any glass cleaner with ammonia, and that there may be bubbles and streaks in the tint for up to a week, which is normal. The only bubbles/streaks in the windows were on the driver side back window and were dried up by the next day. Overall, I'm very very happy with it!! It looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Exotic Designs to anyone looking to tint their windows!

I was so impressed, because I really wanted to get it done today, same day we bought the car. Not only did this company accommodate my need for this to be done today, BUT he was also LOWER priced than ANYONE we had called. I was soooo impressed when they drove our car to the front when they were all done, and wow, they were quick, I would say at least, half the time of everyone else we called. When we were paying, my husband had inquired about a film to put on the door handle are and wherever else, (so nail polish or my wedding ring won't scratch the area when I open the doors), we had asked how soon he would be able to do that, his response, I can do it today if you want. I was so impressed by that, so I needed to get my daughter from school and we came back and it was just a really really nice, affordable experience. This company went above and beyond.
