I called this company last week to change or re-key locks for me on a property we had taken through…read morea foreclosure process. They initially were very friendly and cooperative which I appreciated since we were coming from out of town and needed someone who could come out on the day we were there. We set up an appointment for the afternoon, and they told me to call when I arrived to let them know what would be needed for the job. I called, and was told some one would be coming "right out" an hour later when no one had shown, I called back to find out where the tech was, and after they checked I was told he had car trouble and could we reschedule for the next morning. So we set an appointed time for the next morning. The next day when the appointed time had passed by about 10 minutes, I called again. I was told the would check with the Tech and call me back. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! NO ONE SHOWED UP EITHER. This was very distressing as we really needed this service. I would not recommend this company.

On Oct. 12th my daughter and son-in-law were heading to MT in my Ford F350. They stopped for…read moredinner and noticed our truck was leaking transmission fluid. We decided they should rent a car and continue on after leaving our truck in a store parking lot. The next morning I call around and ended up talking to Sam at D & M Motors, explaining the situation - that I was in Western WA - and the truck was there. He immediately understood and assured me he would take care of it; he sent his tow truck to get my pickup from the store parking lot. Sam kept in touch with me while he looked the truck over completely and test drove it twice and deemed it OK to drive back to Western WA - back to the dealership that had just worked on the transmission. He arranged to leave the truck in a safe place so my daughter and son-in-law could get it on the way back from MT. His bill was minimal for everything he had done. No amount of money can express how courteous and understanding he was. If you ever need mechanical help or a tow - call on Sam at D & M Motors!!
