(Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. We ordered the LVP from a supplier since we needed a specific brand and color to match the flooring on the 1st floor. Alex went and got a piece of hard plywood to replace a small piece of flooring that had some water damage. His installation crew was open to our ideas on how to move our heavy furniture across rooms so that they could finish 2 rooms on Day 1 and the remaining 2 on Day 2.
