Visited the Fashion Industry Gallery for the "Summer Vibe Market"…read more Nice indoor market (escape the Dallas heat) with lots of cool vendors to shop around at. There were artisan candle makers, stickers, chocolatiers, desserts, French pastries, clothing, jewelry, Italian leather goods, loose leaf teas, fresh flowers, Peruvian handmade clothing, etc. Perfect venue to find the cutest gifts from local artisans and small businesses.

I came here for a Patron aficionados party for my friend's company. It was an absolutely gorgeous…read morespace for the event with a great service crew and a lovely venue. This could be a great space for a wedding venue, but the ceiling might be a little bit low, especially for a bouquet toss. The only other qualm I have with the venue might not even have control over. When the valet returned my SUV, and I obviously understand it's Texas in September, my car seat was literally SOAKED in the fella's sweat. It went though my two-layer dress on my back and seat. I couldn't find a dry spot to drive home! Like I said, that may not be their deal, but I was greatly displeased. Back to the space though, there was a wide open spade for food and drinks and socializing as well as smaller rooms for break out space. Lighting was fantastic, exposed brick, all fantastic. I'd consider hosting an event here if I needed that size venue.

Zara is one of my favorite stores. I'm always so excited when I find a mall that has one since…read morethere isn't any close to home. This Zara was huge!! They were having a sale and I find a couple items to take home. The staff was average for retail. No one went above and beyond. My friend found an item that was without a ticket and they told her it had to be taken off the floor. The reason she was given is that Zara copies so many other designers that it had maybe been an issue. She also found an item that was missing its belt and they told her she had to buy it as is and that no discount would be offered. Zara 13350 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75240 Monday July 9, 2018 2:30pm

This experience confirmed exactly what countless online reviews already warn about: inconsistent…read morequality, poor customer service, and a frustrating return process. I placed a $250 order and received a pair of pink shorts from the limited Special K-Pop Demon Hunters one-time collaboration for my niece's birthday. The item arrived visibly stained, snagged, and pilled. It looked unmistakably like a worn return that had been carelessly repackaged and resold at full price. This was not a minor flaw. It was obvious damage. Because this was a one-time collaboration piece, it is now completely sold out and will likely never be restocked. That makes this situation significantly worse. The only "resolution" offered was for me to return the item for a refund -- meaning Zara's error cost my niece her birthday gift, and I am left scrambling to replace something that cannot be repurchased. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. A global retailer should not be reselling damaged returned merchandise without proper inspection. And if this reflects broader fulfillment practices, that is deeply concerning. A quick search of Zara reviews shows that complaints about inconsistent quality and poor customer service are not new. Unfortunately, I can now confirm this firsthand. I hope this review reaches someone in leadership who is willing to address what appears to be a recurring operational failure. It is unfortunate, because Zara appears to have a strong selection of children's clothing and exciting collaborations with major brands and cultural franchises. However, partnerships of that scale deserve fulfillment standards that reflect the value of those names. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again.

I had a very disappointing experience selling with The RealReal. Two items that were never approved…read morefor sale were supposed to be returned to me but were lost. After confirming they were compensated by UPS, I was still charged return fees and given the lowest possible payout. On top of that, I never received site credit for multiple reconsigned items, and a previous credit expired while I was waiting on their investigation. Overall, the process lacked transparency and accountability. Between lost items, incorrect charges, and missing credits, I wouldn't trust them with high-value pieces again.

Selling to this place is a bad experience. I spent at least a couple of weeks arranging with their…read morerep for a valuation appointment to sell my high-end designer bag. The first bad experience was that the rep was in California and scheduled my Dallas appointment for California time...then canceled it without asking me. When I finally did get the right appointment, I drove the 45 minutes into Dallas based on her provisional valuation. The store is small, claustrophobic, and a bit shabby. The "valuation" ended up taking just a few minutes, in a small, curtained-off room. I was offered about half of what the rep promised for a pristine designer bag, which sells for over 3 times that amount at the bag's local boutique, very close by. It was a total waste of my time and, either intentionally misleading, or a total rip-off. They found nothing wrong with the bag...it is barely used and in pristine condition, and I had the original tags, accessories, and receipt. What they offered was a fraction of what all the other designer resale sites offered me. Had I known that, I would not have bothered with the trip...but I was assured by the rep that I would be offered twice as much. The vibe there is sleazy, and it would not be a place I would ever choose to shop. I should have taken the bad reviews more seriously.
