I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. I started calling some local plumbers to get some pricing. One company I called said they would need to order it. Then I decided to call Apex Plumbing since I knew that's where it was purchased the last time. And they had some in stock! DJ was very professional on the phone and quoted me a good price and said he was available the following morning. He had excellent communication and customer service skills.
