I had a bathtub that was not draining at all. He correctly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. This involved working beneath my 85 year old home and replacing an ancient drum trap with a new and correctly functioning P-Trap. He also unclogged the slow draining lavatory in the same bathroom, installed a new garbage disposal, and reinstalled my dishwasher that had been incorrectly installed by another service company. This work was all completed in about three hours for a very reasonable rate, and with an extremely courteous and caring attitude. From leaky faucets to water heater install (including removing the old one) to main line pressure valves , we have experienced it all. Went with Loop for a Washer box replacement and a garbage disposal replacement at my investment properties. The latter was done 12 hours after texting Daniel with Loop at about 9pm after my tenant's garbage disposal sprung a leak. It wasn't something I could get to myself since it was crunch time at my work. So I had to get my main sewer line replaced. They showed me live footage of my broken pipes causing my clogs and waste water to surface every few months. They gave me honest, logical options and took care of the job. They quickly dug up my entire front yard and replaced my old cast iron pipes with PVC, then they laid everything back nice and neat within 3 work days while also working with the two freeze and snow days. Daniel was fantastic. We had two sinks that were almost fully clogged in our bathrooms. Another plumber was out earlier in the week to put a snake down the drain. After an hour of work they told us we would need to take a section of the wall out to investigate further as there was a presumed brake in the line further down the pipe.
