My experience with Jamie Ramirez was commensurate with the type of car I was looking for. Frankly, it was another Yelp review that pointed me her way and I am happy to report that it's all true! When shopping for cars of this caliber, you expect to be treated professionally without the sales pitch and nonsense we've all experienced in car-buying. Buying a 6 digit car out of State can be daunting as there's many unknowns but Jamie immediately made it apparent that I was dealing with the right person. I knew after my initial call with her that I'd be buying a car from her. Jamie was responsive, patient and more importantly willing to be attentive to my needs. She provided me with everything from high resolution pictures to the specs on the brake pads. Jamie was open and up front; the exact opposite of what car sales has evolved into. I can't tell you how many dealers in the Washington DC area I've been to where you get sized up by a sales person who won't shut up. Jamie understands this market and the buyers in this segment. McLaren of Boston reminds me of the old school Foreign Motors on Com Ave in Boston (Foreign Motors West Natick, MA) employee-owned company. This dealership doesn't have the pretentiousness of the corporate dealerships where they only care about money, numbers, and surveys. Customer care came 1st. Everything was was in perfect order, 1st class service. The 1st person to greet me was the general manager, David Sigler JR., a down-to-earth gentleman, honest, and very knowledgeable about the product. I want to get a car just because of him. They are consummate professionals, and will go to great lengths to make a customer happy, as they did for me.
