I also attempted to call two different phone numbers associated with the business and was unable to reach anyone; one line routed to an automated assistant without a direct response. Customers deserve clear pricing, consistent business identification, and the opportunity to approve costs before work begins. It took probably less than 15 minutes to repair the handle. All he did was attach the handle, not a new one, no other work done and it cost $280 and he would not take a check or credit card. Fortunately, I had that amount of cash in the house; usually I don't. He texted me a receipt but the company name is not on the receipt. NEVER again would I use this company and I agree with other customers. They are scammers, crooks. They were listed among the top 10 locksmiths in Louisville. They need to be taken off that list.

He showed up a day late and when he finally arrived, 4 hours late again, he was aggressive ,accusing us of having another locksmith come over and they must have screwed it up. after we assured him we don't have a black book of locksmiths, he then accused of us somehow tampering with it. Then, right before I kicked him out of my office, he berated us again...it's a stinking $100 lock, at the end of the day not a big deal, but to be scolded and yelled at, is.
