I told him I have a fob that has never been programmed. He gave me a price of $40.00. I drove to their shop and and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to talk to me, he proceeded to tell me it was $90.00 to program the fob and another $20.00 to cut the Key. I told him I did not need the key cut and that I had called and was given a price of $40.00. He said that was a different service and does no apply to the fob I have. If there are different services for different fobs, should he have known that when I identified my car in the phone call? I have used Cooks ay least 4 or 5 times over the years for different cars or locks, but I came away very disappointed.

We needed keys for two cars so that we had security if we lost a key or got locked out. One was for an older Mazda and another for a newer Hyundai. We prepaid and waited for weeks and weeks for their arrival. Our weeks turned into months and even after being told our keys were ready, we walked out multiple times without them - super inconvenient after leaving work or school early to get our cars there (these keys couldn't be picked up without the cars). We asked for our money back at one point and were told that would be done. After waiting two months and checking for credits we had to visit the store again to ask for resolution. Did we get our money back? No. Did we finally get our keys, months and months later. Yes. Will I return? Absolutely never. Terrible customer service.
