However, I started looking to refinance immediately. I have had financed cars with Patelco Bank before so I decided to go back to them. I went to Fremont branch there I met with Madhuri. Very sweet and yet professional in her work. She gathered all of my information and told me I will get a call. Sure thing! She called and said Mr. Singh, we were able to bring your interest score down to 6.6%. That's more than 2 points drop and more in future. So, If you need to refinance your car. I walked in and was promptly and kindly greeted and assisted. All I had to do was deposit some cash but the gentleman helping me was so professional and kind, not to mention had a great sense of humor and was highly personable. But I was wrong it was not that easy to activate after time and time again I could not activate my card don't know why called customer service got to run around for a few days finally went into the credit union and they still couldn't help me activate the card told me I got to get on the app to do it after days of frustration I went into the credit union again and there was this lady named Jumese. She worked her magic and I was able and she activated my car just like that no hassle no fuss and she did it all with a smile. I strongly recommend her her customer services off the hook. You want to get things done see Jumese. And she's got a sense of humor which makes it even super.
