Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

They diagnosed the issue and told me my engine harness needed to be replaced. I about lost it when they said it would be $3000. My car was not drivable, but I just couldn't hand over three thousand of my hard earned dollars. Luckily, I had access to a loaner vehicle in my family, so I had time to search for an alternative repair shop. I put the word out and a friend referred me to this shop. It is about an hour, some distance from my home, but I decided to give them a shot. I am sure glad I did! I was impressed from the moment I walked into the shop. I was warmly greeted by Sheila and I took notice of the cleanliness of not only the customer area but repair area too! Shelia discussed my concerns and promised to have a diagnosis by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned the repairs could be done for a fraction of what I was originally quoted. A&F Mechanic was able to resolve my original concern plus two others I asked them to look at. All this at less than 1/3 of what the dealer quoted for one problem. Sure cost is important, especially in this economy, but so is courtesy and trustworthiness. A&F Mechanic has all these and more. I would surely consider them again for my auto mechanic needs and would recommend you give them a try like I did.
