Also, it should also be noted that all hard rolls come from City Bakery and the meat comes from Miesfeld's both of which local to the Sheboygan area and are a must visit if you are in town. If you need something to quench your thirst I also highly recommend the on tap Amber Ale they have. Lastly, it should be noted that the cook and bartender provided the best customer service we have had in quite some time.

This place hits the mark and we will be back several more times. Not just for the Guinness on tap , but for the wonderful food. So, that is nice in that you can walk into a pub in Custer, WI and feel like you walked off the street in any larger town in America. The beer selection is stellar for this neck of the woods, and there is a special attention paid to Irish-oriented alcohol because, well, it's an Irish pub. That, and the owner (Clancy) looks like he crawled out of Braveheart. The food is standard to better-than-average for the most part, but by and large it is done well by Clancy's wife in the kitchen. She runs the show for the most part, and though she is alone, she manages to keep up with the appetites of those who come in...for the most part. The most celebrated food there is probably the Friday Fish Fry (a Wisconsin tradition if you didn't figure that out yet). If possible skip eating in the main dining room - it mostly lacks the atmosphere of the front bar and games room - and instead soak up all this place has to offer while sitting at or alongside the bar. The place gets full and busy on Friday nights but is never rowdy and the TVs are well placed and not obtrusive.
