We were looking for a sectional for our home and had been to the bay, lazyboy, chesterfield. Hadn't found the right one good quality at reasonable price. We after walking around the typical furniture setting (which my wife enjoys but not me so much) We were greeted by Gary. A consummate sales person doesn't sell at all, but educates with their knowledge ( and clearly Gary's expertise in design is a terrific help) We ordered our sectional from him, confident that we were treated in the most professional way. Then Bobby their "go to " sales consultant/quality control person got involved and totally on my side with his support and dealings with Elran. He was wonderful to deal with and the owner backed both of us 100%. I am now getting a new couch with upgraded fabric the cost of which was covered by Frederick's. They were never to blame but they were there for me.
