Of course, it wud need to be stain-free in order to do that. Both of these 2 women are remarkable. Professional, knowledgeable, VERY patient, helpful, and pleasant. Both offered very good practical tips. True old fashioned customer service is so appreciated! As well, we received a good deal on the D mattress, platform, headboard, and mattress cover. For $99, the delivery people will set it all up, and take away the old Q mattress and box springs. The return and replace process was a relatively simple and approved. Among other things I had to send pictures, measurements and answer some questions including if I'd ever moved, flipped or rotated my mattress. After another approx 6 months of spare room use only this time, and again without moving, flipping or rotating, I removed the mattress cover from mattress number two only to discover another split two thirds across and down. Due to time constraints I didn't submit a return for a 3rd mattress, even though I think SC probably would have approved, by this time in my opinion and experience, this mattress is always going to split in two no matter what. When buying my 1st mattress the sales person never discussed/disclosed info about moving, rotating or flipping the mattress. Moving, flipping, rotating the mattress was not in any of my paperwork. Sleep Country returns only asked if I'd moved, flipped or rotated my mattress, they never discussed/disclosed if I should/should not ever move, flip or rotate my mattress. The only thing keeping my foam mattress from falling apart its bloom mattress cover holding it together. I give my bloom cloud queen mattress 5 stars for comfort. I give my bloom cloud queen mattress 1 star for durability. I give SC returns 3 stars.

When the staff saw us looking through the book they helped us, but not in a pushy commission-earning sort of way. We ended up not finalizing our order elsewhere, as Joshua Creek was extremely helpful in helping us match chairs to our server and dining table. They not only explained how the ordering worked, but looked at our samples to suggest the best way to ensure we were able to match our maple and cherry furniture to our new chairs. The great thing too was we did not have to waste time and haggle on price. We had price shopped the Handstone chairs in numerous places and pricing varied greatly, and we were offered an extremely competitive and reasonable price right away. Our chairs arrived and were excellent, except for one. The stain and grain was substantially different. Joshua Creek took this as an opportunity to earn our loyalty in the future. Not only did they acknowledge the issue, but they picked up, sent back, and re-delivered a proper and fixed chair. In this day and age I find stellar service is hard to find, and it was great to have this taken care of. Although 6 chairs is not a big purchase compared to what some may buy, I appreciate they treated me as a valued customer and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed to the point of deciding to write a review. I will certainly come back, if not for the quality then for the excellent customer service offered.
