I paid thousands of dollars for repairs with the expectation that my vehicle would be properly diagnosed and repaired. Instead, I continued to experience problems after the work was completed. Throughout the process, it seemed that new issues were identified as we went along, making it difficult to have confidence in the accuracy of the diagnosis or the recommendations I was given. I was also disappointed by the lack of detailed documentation on my invoice. For a repair bill of this size, customers should receive clear information about the brands and part numbers of the components that were installed. That level of transparency should be standard. As a woman, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated differently than I would expect any customer to be treated. Rather than feeling informed and respected, I felt pressured to accept recommendations without receiving the level of explanation and documentation I deserved. Professional auto repair shops earn trust through honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately that was not my experience with Lifetime Automotive. I WOULD NOT return, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

That is when they closed the Bay on me and the guy said we are closed. I said you close at 5pm. He had a smug look on his face and said we are out of oil. I said what time do you open on Saturdays. Thinking ok these guys just want to go home early. All oil places keep oil. He looked at me mean crazy and said we do not open on Saturdays with a half smirk. I got made then started knocking on the glass and he came out. I said for 2 years I been coming here see my sticker. I call you guys do not answer the telephone any more.Your hour have become unstable. What is going on?? Saturdays I drove by at 1 pm they were open. I went to Jiffy Lube and will never go to Auto Lab express again. They charged me $160 just to diagnose the issue...nothing fixed, just to look at the car. Then came the real shock: they quoted me over $5,600 for the repair! Still desperate, I started filling out credit applications to try to get approved. Meanwhile, my partner was looking up parts online. One of the main parts they claimed I needed? We found it for $287...yet they were quoting me nearly the cost of a whole new engine. Ridiculous. Thankfully, I got a second opinion. Another shop is doing the same work for a little over $1,500...a HUGE difference. And here's the kicker: they didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic. I even showed them the $160 report I had already paid for, but they told me they had to run their own because those reports can be manipulated. And honestly, I don't blame them. Moral of the story?
