I really appreciate the individual customer service I get, like having my favorite picks available or checking into ukulele pick-ups and the offbeat jokel. Monty has fixed my guitars when they were broke and he does a great job! He did not charge me for it and I am super appreciative. He has helped me with my ukulele, also. As a music teacher, I really am impressed with my guitar teacher, Rich; he's amazingly well versed at playing (and teaching) many different genres and I am always inspired to practice more. Thanks for having a great place with quality and personality for music and lessons!!

I know how to set up guitars, just too lazy. I will save money this way.

After placing my online order, the website had an technical issue and failed to create my order at the physical store level. Not only that, but the order disappeared from my account so the only way for an update on the status was to call customer support. I placed the order on a Wednesday, for the next 2 days after placing the order, customer support told me that the order was looking good and not too worry. After waiting all weekend for some update, I still hadn't received an update on Monday. Luckily one customer support agent caught something weird in my order and noticed my order did not get put through to the store. Shane from this location called me and explained the situation, which surprised me since the customer support agent was supposed to call me back with an update. Within minutes I got an update regarding the label being created. Fast forward to Wednesday (1 week after placing the order) no update regarding the shipment. Shane helped verify that the guitar did indeed get picked up by UPS and was on its way. Later in the day I received a message that the guitar was in my area preparing for transfer. Never did I think that an online order would be so complicated, especially in 2026. I called customer support and spoke with a supervisor to express my frustration throughout my experience, and the supervisor repeatedly tried pinning the blame on the store instead of the faulty outdated website. The employees at this location were very respectful and understanding whenever I called, and helped me at every step of the way. Although I had the negative experience with the online side of Guitar Center, this store was a huge pleasure to work with and I really hope they are being compensated properly for their hard work.

My son has been taking weekly saxophone lessons at Music Masters with the same instructor for over…read more5 years. We are extremely happy with the progress he has made and the quality of his lessons. He also took guitar lessons for several years from two different instructors at Music Masters, both of which he really enjoyed. Both my daughter and son have rented their musical instruments with Milano at Music Masters. Repairs are never a downtime issue, as the instrument is swapped out for a new one if there is ever a problem. Milano also has a very generous rental credit program toward purchase of a new instrument, (at the Milano Music Store in Mesa) which both of my children took advantage of as they became more proficient. Music Master sells all books, music, reeds, strings, cleaning materials etc. that a student musician would need. Staff is friendly and always able to lend advice when asked. Quality lessons and fairly priced. The location is close to our home. I would, without any hesitation, suggest Music Masters to anyone wanting to take music lessons or rent instruments.

I left the guitar with Guitar Gallery and the tech took my guitar off site to his own shop to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. After a couple weeks I called and was told he was still working on it but should have it finished soon. Finally I called and was told he was bringing it back over to the store and I could pick it up just before they closed. I picked it up and paid $65 for his time and efforts. He said the static was still present but was perhaps slightly less, and that the static could be coming from the plastic cover plates on the back of the guitar and he said he would make me new replacement covers of a different t material to see if that would alleviate the static. He said he would have them done in about a week. I brought the guitar home and discovered the vibrato trem arm was missing. I called the tech's cell the next day and he never answered or returned messages. I called the shop and they said they didn't know anything about the missing trem arm. After many many attempts I eventually gave up and just ordered a new trem arm from an online shop. I never heard from anyone again about the replacement back plate covers or my missing trem arm. I do not recommend taking a guitar to this shop for any repair. I'm out $65 for attempted repairs, and another $25 to replace the misplaced trem arm myself. Signed...Pissed in Peoria
