It's pretty hard to screw something like McDonald's up, but they did. We walked in right after they walked in, and the tables were filthy. We had to ask someone to come and wipe the tables off. When the food came, we left half of it uneaten because of the amount of hairs we found all over multiple meals. It was gross. The only positive was how kind the staff was, which is why they get a single star. read more

Needed a quick stop on our 13 hour drive back for lunch and we don't normally choose the golden arch. We have 5 kids and we are exhausted of it lol! But today it was needed. The touch screen ordering is still a lot to get used to but they did have 2 people to help at the front counter if we did it old fashioned face to face. The place was very clean! Restrooms needed a little attention with the trash cans but they were overall clean! Food was made to order correctly and that's always a hit or miss with picky little preferences the littles have. The woman working the drive through window 2 apologized for no one running the intercom and offered a complimentary drink. She told me she'd take care of my order and she did. Let me start by saying I Love McDonalds and fully understand the purpose and function of a fast food joint. We came here while on a road trip and just needed to get a quick bite to eat. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the register to take my order. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and a large fry to split with my wife and toddler. It took 25 minutes for us to have our number called. I had to check twice to ask what was going on. They kept saying the nuggets were taking a while. However they gave nuggets to several people in front of me in smaller quantities so that didn't make sense. Once we got our food i went to get a napkin and a straw for my water and they were out of both. I then waited for a while before someone came back to the register so I could ask for them. The lady was impolite and just rolled her eyes. While I was standing there the guy running the drive thru was joking to another employee about how he screwed up the last 5 drive through orders and didn't give them their fries and said he didn't care. We were passing thru to go home to Texas long drive and the drive thru lady was outstanding she was an older lady and noticed I was freaking out because my app wasn't working to get a free frappe so she just gave it to me!
