Great service, and great food. I felt like the baconator, the fries, and my frosty were pretty good quality. The big thing though was the customer service I went with some friends and this kind employee gave us the remote and let us watch Madagascar. The counter lady was also very kind and gave me some money back because I thought I had 2 5$ but I had 3 so she gave me a couple of my one's back! (He had special needs btw) He was taking orders for a long line, checking the iced tea out front (manager couldn't be bothered) getting frosted, encouraging other employees. A man must have designed the bathrooms. No towel dispenser, just an air dryer for hands. And the dryer is located, of all places, right next to the changing table. That, combined with the inconsiderate people I intersected with on this stop in my drive, made what should have been a routine diaper change for my otherwise calm baby a total nightmare. I went through the drive through and was the only car until one pulled up behind me. I ordered a four for four with a junior cheese burger a frosty and a baconator with a drink. I didn't get any nuggets ok honest mistake but then they gave me a bacon cheese burger‍ and only one straw with the drink and nothing for the frosty. On top of this they had us pulled forward for ten minutes and when the women brought the food she held the door open and had us nearly get out of the car to reach her because she didn't want to let go of the door and get closer for what ever reason read more

Late evening dinner after a long road trip day, thinking to get a meal for 2 to take out and bring back to the hotel. This Wendy's serves a mostly transient clientele and I think it shows in the food and service quality. Friendly staff. Got my drink order wrong even after I corrected her on wanting a lemonade not a Berry lemonade. When I unpacked my order at the hotel which was a 2 block drive away I was disgusted. The fries were old and soggy, the burgers a sodden mess of too much sauce incredibly greasy mess of meat and it was just an oozing mess. The place looked clean, condiments were well stocked, the building in good repair. Parking lot looked good, landscaping ok, garbage under control. But this was not the food quality I am used to seeing at other Wendy's. Either the staff were having a bad night or they just did not care. read more

So we were staying at the hotel next door and had a semi truck so we tried to walk through the drive thru as they were short staffed and the lobby was closed. When we got to the window he said he couldn't take our order because we didn't have a car. This nice couple in line offered to let us get in their car and they would back up to the speaker so we could order. The guy said that would be ok. We decided to walk across the highway and go to Arby's. That was the same deal but we were able to walk through the drive thru. That all worked out ok. Then on the way back past Wendy's a guy was picking up his order as he walked thru the drive thru. You can't make this stuff up. read more

Just stopped in the drive through for an evening snack. Ordered a small chili and was anxious to try one of the new "Frostycinnos". Never had one before and the person taking the order was a little impatient with me on the flavoring....no big deal! Got the thing back to my room....chili was fine, but the Frostycinno was disgusting!! Not what it was supposed to be! There was no frosty of any sort in it. It was slightly coffee flavored water with ice cubes. Even with ice cubes in it, it wasn't even cold! After tossing it out, I looked it up on the internet to see how it was SUPPOSED to be made. Stopped here while passing through. Ordered the home style chicken meal with no tomato, and a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger with no tomato. Forgot to give me drink cup. Then food was on tray, there was 3 sandwiches on it. I asked why 3 sandwiches on tray. I only ordered 2. Took one off of tray, which was the Jr bacon cheeseburger. Called a manager over to refund my money. Refunded my money for a Jr cheeseburger. Got to table, my chicken sandwich had tomato on it. Unwrapped other sandwich, ended up being Jr cheeseburger. So I got charged extra for the Jr bacon cheeseburger, but got the Jr cheeseburger. It's an extra .50. Obviously the extra lil bit of money I had to spend didn't bother me, but I got charged for it, and didn't get what I wanted or how I wanted the sandwiches. For a Wendy's it was what you would expect. We all changed our orders (remove this, add that) and they came out correctly. They ran out of tea but they replaced it quickly. There were many employees working so the orders came out fast. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Overall a decent place to stop on a road trip. This Wendy's can be summed up in one word, "Meh." Nothing spectacular, nothing bad, just plain average Wendy's. Normally this Wendy's is pretty consistent on being fresh food, although yesterday we had some stale food during the noon hour. Usually my order is correct when I stop here and the workers are friendly. I normally stop here more because my kids love eating here, not me. read more

For starters, Wendy's and all Wendy's offer high quality "fast food" burgers, something that Mc D's especially can't offer and most other places, Burger King isn't too far behind them though. Wendy's foods are pretty good and this location isn't too bad either, but the service here is slow more and more these days, and order accuracy probably is about 78% of the time accurate. This Wendy's is continually better than most Wendy's I've been too. The atmosphere is always friendly. The food is generally pretty good, especially for fast food. Most of the time there is Christian music playing in the background. Service is fairly quick, and it has improved over the past year. read more
