Glad you brought back the PECAN Chicken salad sandwich however there was not a single pecan in my sandwich. Try calling it the bland chicken, apple and grape sandwich on stale bread. The fries were good. Around 12:30 we got to watch the infamous tough chick store manager chew out some high school aged employee. That's always super uncomfortable and why the discussion had to be held in the middle of the dining room when the restaurant was still moderately busy with a lunch crowd is beyond me. I had a very positive drive-through experience at this Arby's driving home from Hastings, NE to Omaha this last weekend. The young man that took my order over the speaker box was pleasant and easy to communicate with had my order correct. When I got to the window, he was even more pleasant and got my food to me quickly. I complimented him on his pleasant demeanor, and he seemed really pleased with that compliment. His name is Tate. Always love the food. Today I ordered on Door Dash and did not receive a apple turnover in my sack. Called my Arby's, the manager, who was so nice, said I could come by and pick it up anytime. I wasn't going to go today because I was tired but decided to go anyway. I ordered a Dr. Pepper because I just didn't want to go for my turnover. The manager and staff were so nice. Wouldn't let me pay for the Dr. Pepper and had my turnover in a sack ready to go. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff and manager are so very nice also. read more

Food was good. Stopped at 3pm. It was dead. I asked for 3 items- 2 sliders and a Market Fresh wrap without onions. Wasn't correct. I'll be returning, will walk in next time to make sure it's correct. 8/22/18 13:37 returned. Walked in. Same order. Number 11- Market Fresh Turkey/ranch/ and bacon as a wrap no onions. Received no onions, along with no bacon or cheese. The sliders were correct. Went back in for a receipt. Supervisor on shift( who was making food) said oh system too old. Staff would've had to re ring up my order and void it out for a receipt. Not worth it. Pretty oblivious Arby's doesn't care about this place. I pry won't return. Still keeping the 3 stars. Staff is courteous. I'm not one to waste food either that's why I've never asked for them to remake my food. But I've done their job. Maybe Arby's should update the screens the kitchens use. I'm sorry but tonight at Arby's was absolutely ridiculous!! We waited 20 mins for our lukewarm sandwich's and fries. No Apology for taking so long after they neglected the dinning room. Also when we went to leave they locked the doors from the inside meaning we had to ask someone to open the door to let us out. The guy said they got permission from the city. We called the fire marshal and they are NOT allowed to do this only if the customer can get out!!! Good thing they didn't burn it down yet!!! read more

My mom and I stopped here during a road trip, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was clean, and the food was tasty. Special shout out to Greg (maybe the manager?) for his friendly and positive attitude and for going out of his way to make sure that my mom and I had a great experience. Just want you to know our family loves our local Arby's restaurant. We eat there about 3 or 4 times each week. The workers are so friendly and they keep the whole place spotless clean, even when it is busy. And the food is wonderful, and your coffee is better than Starbucks. Now I would like to make a suggestion. My husband and I eat breakfast there often. I am diabetic, so I should not have any of your breads. I would love for you to serve oatmeal like they do at McDonalds and Burger King... however, I think you could make it a whole lot better (just like everything else you serve). They just open a packet of instant oatmeal, pour it into a container and add hot water. They don't know that you can make whole old fashioned rolled oats the same way and it is much better tasting, better consistancy, and much preferred by diasbetics as well as heart healthy eaters. You can go on line and find companys that sell it in containers ready to just add hot water... it is just whole old fashioned rolled oats with different flavorings. I make it at home all the time, in a pint jar. I even can make it ahead and set it in the refrigerator overnight if I want. I would love for your kitchen to come up with a unique Arby's breakfast oatmeal to offer. Meanwhile, I will be cheating on my diet and having my favorite...
