The ticket on the bag even says "your order was double checked for accuracy" When it clearly wasn't checked the first time. The line took forever, though the food did come fast, the numbers were not called loudly. I ordered (since this is a taco bell/kfc) a Cantina Chicken Bowl, which exactly what it says on the menu. The lady asks quietly "the chicken bowl?" and I say yes. Somehow it's five dollars. Then once I think my numbers called I go up and it's the famous bowl from kfc which is the name. Not what I ordered. even though the double checked. Found a hair in my food. Other people said service was slow, another didn't have change given till way later. place wad dirty with crumbs and lots of flies. We came at 7 and the lobby was already locked, and when we went through the drive through and the lady giving us our food was extremely rude, and didn't respond to a thing that we said. Ordred through Door Dash pickup and it said to pickup at 12:17pm. Got there at that time and the front door was locked so I got in line and waited 30 minutes. When I got my food it was cold and the biscuits were dry and hard. Only had 30 minutres for lunch and the wait was horrible and the food bad I will never go again. read more

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been in. They apparently have no health inspectors in this country! The lady behind the counter, I am assuming is a manager from the shirt she had on needs to be fired! I have never heard anyone talk to employees the way she did. I really can't complain about the taste of the food. The dining area was not particularly clean, and when someone mentioned that there was no salt in the condiment basket the server simply said "we're out of salt". I'm just glad I didn't use the restroom before we ate, because I never would have been able to eat after I saw the filth in the ladies room. There was toilet paper laying out on the floor with human waste on it that had obviously fallen out of the overflowing trash can. The corners in the restroom had not seen a broom, much less a mop in I can't imagine how long, and there was no soap in the dispenser that sat next to the dirty sink. My husband said the men's room was just as bad. I'm really wondering what the kitchen looked like. We have put this KFC on our never again list! read more

Awful service. Driving cross country so we asked for plates and sporks to go with our dinner. Had to turn around and go back after noticing they never gave us any. Then once already on the road again, noticed we were missing part of our order. Called and asked to speak to the manager who refused to refund our credit card for missing items. I've actually been impressed the couple of times I've been here. We were just there at 12:30pm on a Saturday, and still we received fresh, hot food quickly and accurately. My wife and I had the popcorn chicken meal, and it was hot and fresh with good flavor. Another good thing about this location is that its a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell. My daughter loves Taco Bell while the son, me and my wife really don't, so we can all get what we want. Great food and friendly service both times we've been here. read more

We will not be stopping here again. The dining area was filthy. There was no ice in the ice machine. The tables were all dirty as was the floor. As we were eating our meal one of the gals from the behind the counter came out in the dinning area with a broom and proceeded to sweep off the floor mat in front of the entry door and the mat in front of the ordering counter. She then rolled them up and took them behind the counter and stuck them under the counter. She then stayed behind the counter, never leaving to go wash her hands. Even if she had gone to the ladies restroom it wouldn't have made any difference because when I used the restroom before leaving I noticed there was no soap in the soap dispenser. The entire restroom was a mess. There was toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, the trash bin was over flowing, and the corners of the floors were so caked with dirt it was clear they had never been swept out. My husband said the men's restroom was not only out of soap, but there was no paper towels in there either. Makes one wonder how the employees washed their hands!!! The employees seemed to have plenty of time to stand around and visit, but not a one of them tried to clean the dining area or the bathrooms. I can not and do not want to think of what the kitchen area looked like. This place is very poorly managed and we will not be eating there again! read more
