the pizza was great and the service was great. we had a great server... he asked if we're celebrating a birthday... yes we were, my grandsons.. he made a big deal about it.. which was fun... asked he wanted a cookie or something for his birthday?? which I thought was sweet.. yes, he wanted a cookie.. I was charged for my rewards free wings. The gent who answered the phone couldn't help with that. The delivery guy got lost so it took an hour to get the food. Eating wings and pizza without plates and napkins not fun. This is 1 of only 2 places that delivers in town. The food is delicious so I will order again, but no time soon. I don't recommend if U are able to leave work and aren't stuck with delivery places. read more

So .... we were driving cross-country with my kids and we stop in York for the night. As we are Pizza Hut fans, we order online and are looking forward to our pizza. On the plus side upon receiving the food (which arrived on-time), the garlic cheese knots looked great and tasted great. Also, the pizza tasted great. HOWever, as seen in the two photos that I posted, the delivery driver must have carried the pizza at an angle for part of the time as a large portion of the cheese slide off the pizza and pooled in a corner of the box. This is a big delivery no-no and was a big disappointment. Overall, I just expect more from Pizza Hut delivery. read more

Pizza STILL taste like they are cooking cardboard. The stuffed crust is far from being stuffed. I got light and airy bread (barely any cheese). Employees seem rude and uninterested in your "Hellos" and "Thank yous" (just some of them, not all). Salad was...meh. read more

Been staying for a while in holiday inn, and usually ones a week I ordered pizza and wings, but for any reason and it's been happening over and over, where this store always forget to send my ranch deep and plates even, I put it as special instructions. I have also summit survey on Pizza Hut web site but seems like they are not serious about survey. So good luck with your orders from this store. read more

We had family in town this weekend so we decided to splurge a bit and eat out. We were up in york around noon so we popped into pizza hut to ask them if their dining room would be open that evening for dine-in. They assured us that they were fully staffed now and that the dining room would be open until 9pm. My father also called around 4 pm to verify that their dining room would indeed be open, and they said it would be. So we packed 2 cars full of people and drove 25 miles back up to york (around 6pm) to eat at pizza hut only to be confronted by locked doors and a sign saying that the dining room was closed. We walked to the drive thru window to ask what was going on since we had already confirmed TWICE that day that it would be open. They said that their server didn't show up, so they closed the dining room. The worker said they might be able to open the dining room for us since we had gone through all this trouble to eat there. The worker agreed to bring her manager to the window, but the manager was no help at all. She refused to let us dine there. We were left standing in the freezing cold with several very hungry kids. We sent the kids in one car and grabbed them a Casey's pizza on the way home. A couple of us stayed up in york, had to call our order into pizza hut, wait 30 mins, then drive the pizza home 30 mins where we got to eat an overpriced pizza that was cold. Thanks for the memories, Pizza Hut. NOT IMPRESSED. According to the staff, they are "fully staffed"... but apparently it only takes one server being gone to shut the place down. Hire some more servers! If one can't come in, call another one in! They could have let us come in... even if we did a to-go order and were just allowed to eat in the warm dining room to enjoy our HOT pizza. We didn't need a server at our beck-and-call. We ended up leaving with our $22 pizza...... their loss. Had they had the dining room open, we would have purchased at least 2 large pizzas, 5+ sodas, a pitcher of beer or two, and given a generous tip. Hope they enjoy that $22 and this review instead. read more

The staff was really terrific. If I were rating the service (5 stars). However the quality of the pizza is 1.5 stars. Pizza Hut has really failed with what used to be the "Go to" pizza place. Go back..... way back when the pizza was great! I'll most likely never purchase here again. read more

Waited over two hours for two pizzas that were not what we ordered once we received them. Was also told twice that they forgot to make the breadsticks. Didn't receive any plates until after the food was already eaten. No refills on drinks. All this while only roughly a dozen people were in the restaurant. read more

Even though I took my pizza to go, I like the way the inside is set up for dine-in. Pizza by the slice and beer are two things that are hard to find in a Pizza Hut and this place has both. The environment was clean and friendly and my overall experience was great. My only complaint is the pizza, too much sauce and not enough toppings and the flavor is just, well lackluster. The bottom line is that it's fast and cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Wings, wings, wings, is where it's at. Wing Hut + Pizza? read more
