Every time I get food from here, I order a sweet tea. Most of the time I get a sweet tea it's always unsweet. Everyday it's like a gamble if you're either gonna get a sweet tea or a unsweet. Also, when I go inside there's always like 2 wet floors signs. It makes it look like they don't even mop the floors and they just leave it there. Not to mention the drive thru takes forever. Came here at 3:10pm to get some food and let my kids play. They were refusing to take orders at the counter and making every use the kiosk- they were making the employees show people how to use the kiosks instead of just helping at the counter so it took forever. 10 mins after the kids start playing they came into the play place and said we are closing in 5 minutes for cleaning. We asked how long it would take and were told 2 hours! They made us move mid eating with all our food and did not start cleaning the play place for the next 25 mins while we sat outside finishing our food and could have just let us stay till they were actually going to clean it. Utterly absurd. Signs need to be posted because now I have 2 very unhappy kids and I would have taken our kids elsewhere. Won't be back! Update: they were not cleaning it even after we left! We have been here in the evening before and it's never been clean so we highly doubt they needed to clean it and instead wanted to close it down before the high school across the street got out. After a 2 hour drive home and a long full day of work, I decided to stop by this McDonald's since it was on my way home and only 3 min from my house. It was around 9:30pm, I was very tired and hungry. A spicy crispy chicken sandwich and a quarter pounder deluxe with fries would hit the spot perfectly. I got in the drive thru line. Waited about 15 minutes. The lady handed me the bag of food and said my order back to me to confirm It was correct. I didn't bother to thoroughly look through the bag. I peaked inside and saw fries on top and 2 burgers at the bottom. I get home, very excited for my meal. I pull out the fries first. Then I pull out a mcchicken. Then another mcchicken. And then another set of fries. 2 plain dry mcchickens and 2 medium fries. Not even close. I obviously got someone else's order, but what pissed me off was the fact she said the correct order as she handed it to me. So I had the unfortunate opportunity of picking up two mobile orders this evening at this location. I waited for 10 minutes at the counter, without anyone, saying a word to me, not even the common "I'll be right with you." No acknowledgement of my presence, no nothing. All of the staff just continued to walk past me and look at me without helping. One in particular, named Anna. After being frustrated with waiting so long without any help, I spoke up and asked Anna if anyone was working the counter. She stated that she along with another young lady were. I informed her that I had been waiting, and no one had helped me as of yet and so I asked her if I could get some help. No apologies were made by her and no consideration for the fact that a paying customer was unhappy with her experience. Instead, I was given an attitude. But the lady that had just walked up behind me, was given actually given a greeting and she was very pleasant with her. She was in and out. Needless to say, the lady that came up behind me, and my self look completely different. And the lady that came up behind me looked more like Anna, if you catch my drift. After finally, receiving my orders, I then asked to speak to a manager. Anna came back and introduced herself as a manager and of course I asked for someone above her. Which led me to meeting Gloria. What I received from Gloria was not very far off from the service I had received from Anna. I explained the situation to her, and Gloria looked and acted as if she had someplace better to be and I was bothering her. Very uninterested. It was very apparent that my complaints fell on deaf ears. Instead of apologizing for the lackluster customer service, I was told that they are understaffed. Being understaffed is not an excuse to have and exhibit poor customer service, or lack there of. Not my problem by the way. If you ladies don't like your job, don't want to work in customer service, or simply only want to serve people that look like you, you are most definitely in the wrong field of work. The attitudes of these two workers, was deplorable. It goes without saying that I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I can spend my hard earned money where I am appreciated, or at the bare minimum provided some form of customer service. And if anyone needs more specifics about who these two women are, Gloria is the "manager" with the bad skin to match the bad attitude. And Anna, is the "manager" who obviously spends her entire check at her place of employment. She's the short fat one with the braid.
