McNugget you need at least 3 to 4 and they forgot the buffalo sauce to begin with. They didn't even get tartar sauce and gave my mom one packet of ketchup when she asked for like five cause I don't know they were out of ketchup somehow so she asked if her mom wanted a different sauce. It was the worst McDonald's I've ever been at my entire life. I wouldn't be surprised if the 20 McNugget was secretly a burger. What do you mean that the burger was over salted. I have to say this is hands down the best location in TC. Every time I come here they are professional repeat back the order everything is always correct. Today I went through and ordered ahead on the mobile app (has the best coupons!) and selected to pick up through the drive through. It was simple and they ended up not being able to add the espresso shot to my coffee because the espresso maker was not working. Initially I was upset but the manager made it a point to apologize repeatedly and then she gave me the option to get the money back or have a cookie! I chose the cookie! I went through the drive thru with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago and we got home to eat our dinner, he had a big mac which was slopped all over the box and missing ingredients! We love McDs....when you get a craving you just gotta have it! And those craving usually hit at like 10:00 at night! We love only five minutes from this McDonalds so that's a plus. Honestly this place was just cheap. Who in their right mind would believe that for just one dollar you can get not one but two "beef" patties. The workers seem like they have no knowledge of anything at all. They have many tattoos and also appear to be the product of inbred parents. I ordered the double cheeseburger medium rare and unsalted fries. There was hardly even a wait for the food which concerned me. The first few bites of my burger tasted like pure char and bad decisions. It left a poor taste in my mouth that reminded me of my childhood. The pickles were below grade and were very soggy, creating an overall poor texture. The beef was clearly overcooked even with my medium rare request. Extremely dissapointed with my sad excuse of a burger. Next for the fries. What a weird experience. Some fries were soggy and some were harder than my rock hard cock. It was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. At the bottom of the box I found several midget looking fries which really pissed me off. I've been to thousands of Mc Donalds in my 60+ years with continued satisfaction. This store will never be in that category! OMG where do I begin. The counter staff were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. The kitchen. Which can clearly be seen by me was a mess. The floor was dirty, littered with food notably French fries. Boxes on shelves were hanging off shelves with the contents falling out..i.e. boxes for burgers and French fries. The counter service was amazingly slow. Every customer had a longer than usual wait time. With my simple order, I asked for 3 chocolate chip cookies. The little boy behind the counter said he would bring them out to my table. He never did. After eating my food and still had no cookies. I went to the counter, waited another 5 minutes to remind them of said cookies. After 10 minutes, I finally decided to forget it. It would be easier to just give me my dollar back.
