Making fresh food. Waited In line for 20 minutes and got cold 12 cookies and 1 hot cookie. All bad.

I went here to have some dinner. The lines for the drive through were super long. I decided to go inside to order. I stood at the counter waiting for an associate to take my order for 10 minutes. Associates walked by me numerous times and not once did they say hello or take my order. There were three firemen there who told me that they had waited quite a bit. They finally self ordered at a kiosk without any associate acknowledging them. This is terrible service. I wouldn't mind using a kiosk but it would have been nice for an associate to let me know they didn't take orders at the counter. TERRIBLE MCDONALDS... Every time we go here they make us park and wait. This time we were waiting and waiting in the line of cars and were finally able to order then when it was our turn to get our food at the second window, we sat there for TEN MINUTES then they gave us a ticket to wait in a parking spot even longer! I told them I didn't want to wait and how long would it be and they could not give me an answer. I went to the parking spot and waited longer. Ten more minutes passed by and the guy next to us yelled "what the fuck??" Assuming he had been waiting too since we always have to wait every single time. The girl was bringing out one bag at a time on a cart so I knew we would be there another ten minutes. I went inside and at this point it at already been 25 minutes total. I was on my lunch break and it was about to be over. I asked three different people inside where my order was and I kept hearing that it would be done soon. I FINALLY got my order after waiting almost 35 minutes. I knew they were busy, but it's a drive through and I only ordered two sandwiches. I tried to be positive and think maybe because I ordered no meat on my breakfast sandwich and maybe that is why it took a little longer. You would think it took less time though since they didn't have to cook any meat. Guess what though?? I get home and open my sandwich to finally eat it.... THERE IS MEAT ON IT..... So not only did we wait 35 minutes for McDonalds, but we got our order wrong and I couldn't even eat it because I'm allergic to pork. I hate this McDonalds, the management should be fired. read more

Times have changed. Customer service was a thing. Now they don't even acknowledge you. They don't greet you or even look at you. They leave it to you to order through a giant tablet. Just another sale to walk out and all they had to say is we'll be right with you instead of walking back and forth avoiding eye contact. It didn't cost me anything to walk out no sale. Worst McDonald's ever!!!! I waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers!!! I wanted no onions add Mac sauce and they didn't do Mac sauce and charged me for it and left onions. There where tons of people waiting in the lobby. So horrible. No body seemed to care and they made so many people wait for so long. As an avid McDonald's eater this store should be shut down or everyone should get fired and they should start fresh. This location has undergone some major construction to become one of the new modern-looking buildings. The customer service here is wayyy better than the one on Cal Oaks, but that doesn't say much. The people who put the food together here need to undergo some major training or something. I stopped by the drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with hot mustard dipping sauce for a girl with a diet coke and a Filet-O-Fish sandwich by itself. After receiving my food, I always do a quick check to make sure I got everything correctly. The first thing I noticed was that I was given honey mustard instead of hot. Good thing I noticed... I got it swapped. Secondly, they upgraded the diet coke for the kids meal to a medium since it's the same price (they figured it was for me, haha) so that was cool - redemption for the wrong sauce I guess. When I got home, I noticed there was no toy from my kids meal... bummer! I opened the box to eat my Filet-O-Fish sandwich and was sorely disappointed when I saw that my sandwich was put together so sloppily - very crooked. I couldn't adjust it since the melted cheese was already stuck to the bread. I had to tear it apart to reassemble it. I don't know about others, but I like a proportional sandwich so I could get a bit of everything in one bite... this sandwich had tartar sauce on one side, the buns sliding apart and the fish part falling apart because it wasn't held between the buns. The food still tasted as expected. I also noticed instead of giving a whole slice of American cheese, it looks like it's cut in half. Wow. Anyway, I should've tempered my expectations here quite a bit... it is a fast food chain. I thought McDonald's, being one of the biggest, most lucrative chains would take a little more pride in presentation, but I guess I thought wrong. I still plan to come here to satisfy my random cravings, but I'll know better with what to expect next time I visit. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They are incredibly slow in getting you your order (drive thru and curb-side pick up). The wait time ranges from 10-20 minutes at times. I have yet to get an order 100% right as well. Missing items, items made wrong, pay extra for a mocha and get a regular coffee. I have called in from the parking lot as my wait time was so long and the standard response is ' it will be another 5 minutes. I really hope that the owner takes a hard look at this store for customer service issues and process challenges. read more

I don't usually do yelp reviews, as i've worked in customer service/ food industry and still do, so I understand how frustrating it can be. but cmon bro. Every time we go to this location there's an issue. We don't ever go anymore but our friend wanted some so we drove her there. You pull up to the speaker and it takes them a minimum of 5 minutes to even address you, then they're super rude and 9/10 times your order will be wrong or items will be missing. We went in last night to pick up a mobile that was originally placed as an in store pickup, but was changed to drive thru. We pulled up to the window and gave the worker the code, said they didn't have our order. We told them we changed the pickup to drive thru, have confirmation of the order and the money was taken out of our bank account. They told us to pull up to the window, then just kept saying they didn't have the order, eventually made us pull up to the second window, still kept saying they didn't have our order. I get it. The order didn't go through on your end, but it did on ours and we were charged $35, so what's the solution? They just kept standing there confused instead of trying to find a solution. Anyway. They finally had us park and made the order and brought it out. Was missing a fry. This McDonald always take a long time to go through the drive through and then you always have to park because they can't fill your order right away. A lot of teen agers working and it feels that they are not properly trained. Nothing against teenagers working but the management needs to supervise and train them right. read more

After paying at the first window , we was handed our orange juices at the 2nd window then told to pull over and our food will be brought to us. My personal experience is always great service at this location. Mind you, it's only the drive-thru lunch/dinner experiences. Also, I just want to say THANK YOU for not charging your customers for extra BBQ sauce. Much appreciated!! It's such a pet peeve of mine when certain McDonald's locations (most locations these days) charge for extra sauces. I never see a refunded cost when I ask for no onions, no pickles, or no ketchup. Went here tonight and ordered a happy meal for my kid. Paid at first window and get to the second. She hands me the happy meal box and I ask for the drink. I'm then told I didnt buy a drink.
