Tried going through drive through tonite. Had two coupons for two different entrees. Lady working drive through tells me I can't use the two coupons. I tell her ok. I'll use one and my son will use the other. She stated I could not do that either. Since when? C'mon, it's a McDonald's for crying out loud. It's a cheap burger and McNuggets. Probably $4 in coupons. Managers, are you listening? When I call corporate they are going to give me more than $4 worth of food. When I call this McDonald's tomorrow and speak with someone up the chain of command I'm sure (actually I'm not sure) they will try to make amends. If I can stop just one person from eating here or if my son (he's 18) or I don't eat here it will cost them SO much more than $4. Why would a fast food giant do this? Is it employees lacking sense? Managers lacking sense? Both lacking sense? Another coffin nail for customer service? Who knows? Do me a favor. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!! This fast food really isn't served very fast anymore, particularly at this location (which, in their defense, seems to be busy pretty much all the time). It's close to home and my kid likes it, and you can order and receive a full meal (with little nutritional value) in about 5 minutes by way of the drive-thru-only reserved parking spaces. Has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and it is sad that it's the closest to where I live. Constantly messes up your order and the managers are just as clueless as the drive through people. If you don't check your food before you leave, high probability that you will be disappointed when you get home. read more

Finally reopened...newly remodeled/renovated! Staff still needs more training == there were some bumps with our drive thru experience (i.e. order wrong, amount charged incorrect), but its' McDonald's not the Four Seasons. I go there for the $1.00 Large Iced Tea. read more

This McDonald's just had a makeover and it looks great now! Very clean and modern. I think they should have put a PlayPlace in though, because this is a suburban area and the next nearest McDonald's doesn't have one either. Don't order a hot tea! It will confuse the staff and take a looooong time to get it for you. So long that your food gets ice cold while waiting. Then they don't have sweeteners for your use. Unbelievable. read more

it was not very clean in this fast food was not so fast. The guy was kind of nice but not really. It took us about 10 minutes to get our food and he had to call us up twice once for smoothie and once for the rest of our order which wasn't very large thing is we only had three people and a three-year-old. read more

I asked for 2 McChickens and 2 Cheese burgers with Mac Sauce as well as a Iced Coffee with Mocha Syrup and I only got one McChicken and 1 Cheese Burger with Mac Sauce and One without and I didn't get the Mocha Syrup either. This location is hit or miss as far as quality. Either your food and fries are cold and gross or descent for mc d. I don't get it. If I pay for fries I do not want crap that has been sitting in the bin for 20 minutes. I usually order "hot, fresh fries" but they tend to just dunk them back in the fryer for 1 minute...ok they are hot, but the double dunk makes them taste greasy and crispy, not fresh. Wish they can just be more consistent with fresh hot food. read more

This is the worst McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and check your food before you leave the drive thru. Open your burger box and make sure your burger is right, especially at night. Used to be a pretty good store. The staff was always friendly. After a major rebuild from the ground up, the owner must have issues because everything went to crap. The food is horrible, the staff looks like deer in the headlights and with the "kiosk " ordering it is a waste of time. Whatever happened to getting a burger and fries. This ownership group seems more interested in seeing themselves in the paper rather than cooking hamburgers and fries. If you want to experience a real Mc Donald's as far as service, taste and the like, find a store owned by Caspers, not Frost. Never go back to this one, ever. read more

I just ordered through the drive-through and ordered an egg and cheese on a biscuit. I pulled over to eat my sandwich and it was bacon and cheese on a biscuit. Went inside and told them I had an issue they said here you go, open up the sandwich while in the restaurant and it was sausage and egg. I am EXTREMELY annoyed & VERY unsatisfied with this McDonalds in Wesley Chapel on route 54, aka, McWorms!!!!! Starting late last night, shortly after 2:am, I went through the drive through, & placed my order with a rude, over-weight, middle-aged white man. He was very unfriendly from the very beginning, as if my being there for him to wait on was a major inconvenience. Then, after I placed my order, he says, "I don't know your total at this point, but I'll give it to you when you get to the 2nd window". I pull around to the 1st window, & a lady had to ask the guy what my total was, which is odd since it should already be on the computer. So, I pay my tab, pull up to the 2nd window, & was given my order by someone else. That guy kept staring at me for some reason, but said nothing more to me. I get home, & discovered that he screwed up my order. He gave me the wrong flavors of milkshakes, the burgers had everything I asked him 'not' to put on, & the fries were cold. Ironically, this evening, Dec-24th, I sent my wife to get just milkshakes & whoever took her order tonight, once again, gave the wrong flavors. Yesterday, I asked for 1-chocolate, 1-strawberry &1-eggnog, & got 2-strawberries & 1-chocolate. Today, she ordered 2-strawberries & 1-chocolate, but got 1-strawberry & 2-chocolate. I guess it's pointless to tell an employee, who hates their job, what you want, because it seems that they're going to give you what 'they' feel like giving you. I just can't get passed the rudeness from last night's employees, I mean, nobody should have to feel like they're a total inconvenience, when the only thing they're doing, is ordering food from a fast food restaurant. If you don't like serving the public, don't apply for a job dealing with the public. And, shame on the business who employs miserable employees. This place is terrible about 90% of the time. Slow service -- but that is not the worst part. They continually screw up simple orders, and the employees generally do not care. They do work at McDonalds, but at least take some pride in the services you are providing regardless of what they are doing. Example: My wife went to get breakfast this morning. She ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffins and a number 11 (two sausage burrito meal) for me with a large Hi-C orange. After waiting 15 minutes of the side of the building for the drive-thru order to come out, she decided to go inside. Upon going inside, the order was still not ready and the manager had to ask the employees to make it. The employees gave the manager no respect, and took their sweet time preparing the order. My wife was very frustrated at this point, so once she got the bag with the order in it she left and came home. Much to our disappointment, the order was STILL messed up. We only received 1 sausage burrito, and 1 hashbrown despite being promised a second one to make up for the inconvenience. The worst part for me was, they were all out of large cups and Hi-C orange. There also was no Sprite available, so I ended up with a Medium Coke. That is just a single example, not every experience is THAT bad -- but, it is fairly consistent that the orders end up wrong and/or the service is beyond an acceptable timeframe. read more

Fast drive thru this morning and friendly smiles handed me my caramel iced coffee. Coffee and smiles, a good way to start the morning.

First time coming inside to order; usually I order food thru the drive thru. While waiting 17 minutes for a simple 4 piece chicken piece happy meal, I overheard a women upset regarding her order. Apparently she received a completely frozen apple pie. When she questioned the manager about getting a warm one, he said, "you know what? I'm alone here and you'd have to wait 11 minutes for it." She asked for a refund instead, and he rolled his eyes at her and said, "fine, whatever". Moments later, I overheard the manager talking to his co worker about the frozen pie, and the co worker replied, "well, it's drive thru. Who has time for that?" I watched as people filled chicken nugget boxes without their gloves on, with their hair down in their faces without their hair nets on. If my picky 3 year old son didn't love McDonald's chicken nuggets and if we hadn't already waited 17 minutes for them, while listening to him continuously saying, "mommy, I'm hungry!", I would have thrown all of the food into the trash.
