We stopped here on a road trip, mostly because it was near the highway-the interior is bright and amazingly clean!! The staff was super nice and helpful! This location is a bright spot! This should be the model by which all other McDonalds should be judged! We had originally used the mobile app to order and our cups for drinks did not arrive with our order... the staff member who delivered our food was cheerful when we told her-and ran right away to get our cups! We also asked for Ketchup and salt-and she remembered to bring those along with the cups! This is extremely helpful compared to most other McDonalds we have been too lately!! read more

went through the drive through, the girl taking my order was sweet but couldn't understand a word i was saying even though i was speaking very loudly. went inside to get sauce that was forgotten and got completely ignored by the 3 girls working up front. one of which gave me dirty looks but basically refused to help me. The manager came up and asked if i had been helped in which i said no, i just wanted sauce. The manager was very sweet. I'm giving this a 2 because of the rude service in the drive thru from the person taking our order. The person taking our money and the person giving us our food we very nice and friendly and the food was great. I asked both people who took my order and they said Ms Stephanie- the manager. If she is the example setter and Superviser for this store that's sad. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but she needs more education in customer service and people skills. Very RUDE. We travel nationwide and usually eat 3 meals a day at Restaurants and fast food when we are out of town this I can honestly say is the worse experience I've had in a long time. I've come to this establishment twice in the last month and I have not had a good experience. Both times getting food from here my fries have tasted bland. Beyond further inspection there was 0 salt on them. It seems simple to apply salt to fries but this fast food "restaurant" has forgotten to do so more than once. Probably the worst Mcdonald's i've been too. Food is usually always wrong, warm/cold, and unprepared. The service is poor, and not good at all. The inside is like any other Mcdonald's so that's fine. But the workers and management is what ruins this one, cause it leads to the food being bad and the management not helpful. I had a mobile order and went to the bruce b downs one (I go there a lot for my lunch break) and it somehow changed my location on the app to a different Mcdonald's. I assumed it was this one because it's the only other Mcdonald's i've been to as of recently so I came here and the drive thru was confused (as was I) so I pulled up to the window to explain the situation. The guy was super nice and was trying super hard to help me out and he called his manager over to explain it and she wouldn't listen to the situation and said I had to go to the other Mcdonald's and that she wouldn't help me out with the discount I got on that meal I ordered (the mcdonald's app only lets you use a deal once a day and I used it at the wrong location and was NOT driving another 20 minutes just to pick up food). I've been to many other Mcdonald's and Burger Kings and other fast food places that always help you out to make sure you have a good experience. The management here does not care and the workers don't care either (most of the time). I do want to thank the one guy who was working the drive thru I wish I knew his name he was awesome! read more

This is probably my favorite McDonald's in the area. 4 out of 5 times we come here we don't have any issues. Food is hot, I love the self-order kiosks. When the lines are long, those are def much quicker. This is probably the least expensive McDonald's in the area and also the only one I've seen that has special deals on certain days of the week. On Mondays and Wednesdays they have 79 cent hamburgers and 89 cent cheeseburgers, on Sundays they have 99 cent 6 piece chicken nuggets, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays they have $2.69 kids meals. This is probably one of the cleaner McDonald's in the areas as well. read more

This is the best McDonalds to go to in the area! For the most part, the orders come out as ordered and are fresh. I love that this McDonalds offers daily deals like $0.99 six piece nuggets on Sunday, etc. They have self service kiosks where you can order yourself, which is helpful when the line at the counter is long. read more

We just moved to Florida today from Texas. We stopped by this McD's en route to Naples. We hit some snags that wiped out our travel cash and had to pay in coinage (not our proudest moment). We came up to the window in the drive-thru and were greeted by 'Jasmine'. We told her our woes and paid her over $9 in change for our meal. She took it, telling us not to worry and that it wasn't a problem. After a few seconds, she said that she was going to do her "good deed for the day" and she comped our meal, returning our coins. We thanked her sincerely, and our last few miles were more upbeat than we could have have hoped heading towards our new home. I have no doubt that Jasmine's kindness played a meaningful part in that. Thank you! P.S. It was the tastiest Sausage McMuffin and hash brown meal my wife and I can ever remember having, no kidding. It was cooked perfectly. read more

I will admit that I have pretty low expectations of service when I go to McDonald's.. but I think this location may somehow have the best service of any drive thru I've ever been to. This location is close to my work, so I occasionally stop in for lunch or breakfast. They have never messed up my order, and every time I get to the cash out window the employees are incredibly friendly. I've never not immediately received my food at the second window, and the employees at that window are just as friendly and quick. read more

Jared was polite enough. However other staff failed to acknowledge me at the counter for over 7 minutes although they all saw me standing there. Purported manager who's maybe in her late 20s Janay ignored me.... as I walked in i was standing at the counter she saw me and did not acknowledge me, then about 5 minutes later a young man walks by who sees me and and tried to cue her by saying "customer service" as she continued to ignore him and me. Then, after a few more minutes I went up to her and asked her if anyone was going to help me, she continued to ignore me. Finally that's when Jared came and took my order after he saw her ignore me when I asked when I was going to be helped. Ignoring me was rude, customers should be greeted and at LEAST be briefly acknowledged if staff is too busy. Regional managers need to send undercover observers. Bathroom is filthy! Feminine products visible garbage can over flowing . .....Please corporate.. send secret shoppers! Restaurant is generally dirty. Because of how I was treated and ignored, i will definitely be recommending Any OTHER McDonald's but this one. This McDonalds needs attention, and staff needs better and nicer attitudes. 4 stars for a McDonalds? Yup. On our way home from Tampa, we needed a little grease in our bellies, from drinking a few nice strong IPAs the night before..... Clean, updated, and I dare say, some of the new designs reminded me of the Aloft hotel color schemes... Anyway, bathroom was fairly clean, and they have self ordering stations, which I had not seen before and I thought was pretty cool! So egg mcmuffin and hashbrowns ordered... and I'm happy to say, the mcmuffin was actually properly toasted (might be a first) and the cheese was actually melting on the sandwich. (Another first.) At the end of September 2011, my son and I visited a McDonald's location in Wesley Chapel on State Route 54 (Store #7530). The day of the week just happened to be Thursday and we all know what that means... $1.99 Happy Meals! So... they would lead you to believe. After receiving our food, we both sat down at the table and the receipt just happened to be in front of me, so I decided to have a look. Well, after trying to decipher the damn thing, I realized that we did not receive the Happy Meal for $1.99, so I went back to the same teller to advise her that I was overcharged $1.39 but she explained to me that the breakdown of charges was not accurate. However, I got home and broke down the receipt and still came up with the same conclusion.... I was overcharged $1.39. Even though this was not a huge deal, I decided to write a letter to the McDonald's Corporation. Much to my surprise, I heard back immediately from the store manager "Jason" who offered us a free meal for the inconvenience. Last week we were able to visit the same store and meet Jason since he was on duty. He was super accommodating this time and handled the situation like a complete professional. He really helped change my perception of McDonalds and the many corporations out there that overcharge customers without them even knowing it but actually doing something about it other than saying "SORRY." Although things turned out for me this time around and the management was very accommodating, my true recommendation to everyone is to Always Be Checking (ABCs), as a dollar here and a dollar there overcharged... adds up quickly. Thanks McDonalds (Jason) for handling my problem and please don't deal this deck of cards to others! A middle aged black women with curly hair who appears to be a manager berated several employees in front of customers. It made the dining experience awkward for many of the guests.
