The worst McDonald's ever! The cashier wasn't friendly. I ordered a fresh dropped fish sandwich and it was overcooked, hard and crunchy and definitely NOT fresh! The manager claimed it was, I showed it to her, so that she could see that it was not a freshly cooked hot fish. She was trying to convince me it was then offered to get me another one. Today (12/23/24) at 8:30, I stopped by the McDonald's on Logan Avenue and was approached in the parking lot by a staff member who accused my boy and me of taking pop instead of water. We told her no, we had water. She seemed surprised and she said I thought I saw a brown liquid. After shaking her head, she went back in. What's humorous is that I haven't had a pop for 10 years. Omg this is one of my best best McDonald's to order to.. the workers are very nice and the food is fast and great. I love their fries and Big Mac. Workers are a 10/10 and service is great. I always love going there when hungry. I even got free drink there I love it here. read more

Order #674. Submited at 10:04 Saturday night. 2 Big Macs and Med Fries delivered to me at 10:26, only because I asked the gentleman behind the counter if those boxes setting there were mine. Terrible service. I pulled into the drive through at about 8am one morning with nobody else in line. Was immediately told to wait before ordering. Sat there for a few minutes until someone else pulled into the other drivethru and then the cashier immediately took their order instead of mine. Couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were to me, no "hello" or "thanks for waiting." When McDonald's Policies say McDonald's offers unlimited refills from the self-serve soda. customers can fill up for free at any point in the future as long as they keep their McDonald's cup. You get a refill and they didn't read the McDonald's policy and accuse you not paying and you come in with a your old McDonalds cup and get a refill. So don't dare think you know everything when you did Not read the policy book at the restaurant you work at. read more

Burgers only have two pickles on them, and no bone marrow or pork belly on the menu that I can see. They have a clown outside but he isn't real and is too small for an adult to sit on his lap. I've been through this drive through location a few times and I've never really been very impressed. Today I went at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon through the drive-through. My order was quickly taken and I proceeded to the payment window. At the payment window I drove up and the person had their back to me. She was busy talking to another employee inside but not about anything related to work. China reach back behind her to take my card without even acknowledging me or turning to me you're making eye contact to take my debit card. She ran it through and then reach back around and gave me my card back with no thank you or anything. At the pick up window I was given my soda right away. I ordered a premium chicken wrap and they always take a long time to make. I expected to have to pull forward and wait but instead they had me sit there while the cars all piled up behind me. I felt bad that I was holding up the line. A couple minutes into waiting the employee came up and asked what kind of wrap I ordered. That should've probably been on the screen in front of her as well as they should probably already been working on it. I'm pretty sure I sat there for at least five minutes. When I got my food I opened it pretty much right away because I was eating in my car today on my way to Waverly. My french fries were called because they probably put them in the bag while they waited for my wrap. I guess maybe I just need to find a different food items to order. Don't put it on your menu if it's too hard to make. read more

The staff was very friendly. I got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich was so over fried. It was hard to chew. The fries and a very funky oder. I couldn't eat them.
