Great food and EVERY-TIME I eat at Culver's, they have great food, great service and great experience! It always surprises me of the bad reviews. I had a gal tonight and she was super nice (did a great job)!!! Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Plus, they were very busy so they did a great job getting the food out in a timely manner. The prep station was clean and being attended to, making sure everything was filled and cleaned up. I just wish you could sub out your drink for a shake. . read more

Food and service is always a 1000/10. For the first time tonight me and my bf had a "problem" we waited over 15 mins on a pickup order and when we brought it to the attention of the staff they immediately had our food freshly made in less then 2 minutes with extra fries and coupons. Thank you Culver's! read more

I just finished lunch here. It's 1:45 PM. I had a mushroom and Swiss burger and I had a bacon deluxe. They were two of the greasiest burgers I've eaten in a long time. Not a good day for Culver's the bottom of the little boat that they come in was full of grease. I think I'll skip this location in the future. read more

the best people work here with the best food ever except it's a 4 star because a young women was being very immature

The service was absolutely horrendous. They were too busy talking about my ice cream order and talking about what they are going to do after (some pretty inappropriate things were said) and to top it off they forgot my sauce. Worst Culver's I've EVER been to and I plan on passing the word. Never again. read more

Michael an assistant mgr was so helpful on Saturday. Terrific service and a genuinely nice man. Hope he can help u with ur next visit. Michael well done read more

Terrible food tonight. Butter burger cooked way too long. Onion rings were left in the fryer way too long. Had to toss burger. Added lots of ketchup for onion rings to be palatable to eat. Tonight would be zero stars if possible. Normally food is fairly good. Not sure what was happening tonight though. read more

Usually great, went tonight and Jenifer was at the window. Extremely awkward, barely spoke to me, didn't say my total, and wasn't paying enough attention to me to take the change I was trying to hand her. After getting my drink she just sort of looked at me for a minute and when I didn't move she asked me to move forward. Hoping she was new or something, not what I expect from here. read more

The burger and fries has the great Midwest taste. I love the curbside and the drive thru.

I'm from Denver Colorado, Down here in quarantine, never even heard of Culver's, had some takeout there yesterday... and by far probably the best burger I have ever had!!! I think I could of ate 3 of them!!! Only downside was in the drive through you could here about 3 people arguing over intercom from inside... but, the food, FANTASTIC! Great job! I want a Culver's in Denver now!!! read more

This was the second time i ordered from this new Culver's. I've never eaten inside, only from the drive thru. I went at about 6:45pm and it was Busy in the drive thru. The line went pretty fast and there was the nice pleasant voice of Hanna coming thru the drive thru speaker. She was polite and patient. The line went quick until the car ahead of me took forever at the window. Normally they have people who are going to take long pull ahead. My two year old was getting really upset waiting. Hanna redeemed the situation at the window. She even recited my entire order at the window before she took my payment. It was refreshing that she seemed to care about her job. If not for Hanna I would have given the experience a 3 stars. The food was okay. My boys got corn dogs and fries and chocolate custard. I got a single butter burger deluxe and fries and a strawberry shake. The shake was good but only served with a spoon. If I wanted to eat ice cream with a spoon I would have ordered a sundae. My burger was okay but had so much cheese I couldn't taste any other flavors or textures. The little bit of lettuce onion and tomato that was on it was tasteless and barely noticeable. I would have rather had a whopper. I do like the Kringle cut fries, niice change from other fast food places. I'm sure I will be back since it's about the only place by target. Just not my first choice for food. Bit thanks Hanna for the cheery service, you made my experience. read more

What can you say about this legendary burger place. Butter burgers with extra Wisconsin cheese so good. Topped off with their home made Custer shakes. I look forward to coming to the central US just to eat here. It's a true place you will crave long after you leave one of my favorite guilty pleasure fast food place :) read more

100% the worst fast food place in cedar falls Iowa. I had lunch and dinner at culvers tonight because I love the Waterloo one and it was right around where I was shopping with my sister, both my lunch order and dinner order were missing about 2-4 things. They didn't add sauce that I asked for while ordering. asked for no tomato, it had tomato, didn't get diet soda in the driveway like I wanted, was missing both my curds and my fries, got no cutlery. And that was only LUNCH. Absolutely beyond disappointed with the management. I have gone to this culvers a couple times in the past and not a single time did I have a good experience. And another thing is I ordered 2 flavor of the days and it didn't come with the brownie pieces on top like everyone else's. I can say culvers has 100% lost my business and my respect! A horrible set up that they should be ashamed of! read more

Great experience here! Very clean and nice looking inside. Much nicer than the Waterloo location. Our food came out very shortly and everything was as expected when visiting Culver's. Nothing if complain about! read more

Very fast and friendly service at this location. We had a great experience and for a Saturday night being busy the lobby was spotless. Everything was stocked nicely and clean including near the soda machine and ketchup dispensers. I ordered the potato and bacon soup wasn't the best won't get it again. My spouse and daughter enjoyed the burgers they got! While we were there you saw the kid cleaning the lobby every five mins! We will return here because of the this experience. read more

If you like burger places then you'll love Culvers. My first visit has left me impressed. My original butter burger was fresh and tasty - had it loaded all the way! Also ordered a vanilla shake which tasted great but was too thick to sip through a straw. Now I know why the cup says Cement Mixer! read more

This is my lunch happy place.Yes, it's fast food but they have healthy options. Their chicken sandwich is a million times better than the competition. Plus the side choices allow more than boring old fries. Maybe some day I'll try the custard. read more

This location is nice and clean. Food is good. Employees are friendly. Clean restrooms.

I like the taste of the butter burgers BUT, the grease runs off of the burgers. Twice my burgers were like that and the third time I went there the problem had been corrected. read more

We ordered one order of cheese curds. We pulled up to the window to pay and no one greeted us. We watched 8 cars (waiting for their food) leave and still no greeting or payment was taken. I waved my arms around and the employees didn't notice. So I called and spoke with a manager named Michael. He came to the window and said wait a minute. So another female employee came to the window and I told her we were waiting for Michael. He never came so someone named Nate came to the window with the cheese curds right next to him. He took payment and gave me a number and told me to pull forward. I said "more waiting?" And pointed to my order he was practically touching. He very rudely said "yaaaaa" and closed the window. I called Michael again to complain and he told me to pull back into the store. We did and he NEVER came out so we left. We were there for 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged we existed. Horrible experience! read more

Delicious bacon burger & fries But it was terribly greasy. Literally dripped grease. Obviously the bacon & hamburger were not drained properly before placement on the bun. Fast service & polite employees. read more

Best Culvers we have been to in Arizona. Great service and much better than other fast food chains.

Terrible design. Because they were busy and having placed the soda dispenser in the seating area. They have tables in the way of the dispenser. Had nothing but issues get it filled and gave up on any refills. Felt cheated on drink price. read more
