It's a sad day to leave a poor review. The food is good and tasty; it's the staff that have ruined it--there seems to be a fair amount of turnover there which is indicative of their leader/boss/owner. Consistently over the last several years, the staff are unhappy and generally short with customers. =( I'll try again in a year but will be taking time off to go to restaurants that are happy to see us when we spend money with them. read more

We did not eat during our visit to pita pit, as the service was extremely off putting. Upon entering the establishment, we were not welcome and frankly ignored by the staff. The menu was plastered with pieces of paper taped all over it making it quite confusing on what was available. While attempting to order the cashier did not speak nor make eye contact, seriously, none. The result of our overall experience, not getting our questions answered, and the demeanor of the staff, I got immediate concerned about the health of the food and overall establishment. I get that food cost is high right now but don't raise your prices and then also give us less food. Doesn't look like much from the outside but once you go in you will be greeted with a friendly smile. The customer service is one of a kind. Not to mention how amazing there food is. My personal favorite is the Hula Teriyaki Rice bowl. They have rice bowls, salads, white, wheat and also gluten free pitas! They keep their restaurant very clean and use fresh produce. There meat is freshly cooked right in front of you, also if you ask for vegetables grilled they are always quick to say yes! I highly recommend this fast, cheap, and easy restraunt to anyone looking for a healthy lunch or dinner. read more

Always come here when I need to grab something on the run or only have a few minutes to eat. I have never had a bad experience here whatsoever, neither have I not liked any pita I've tried. I have noticed they are very consistent, seeing as I stick to the same few pitas. Also the staff seems to have remained the same for a long time (for the most part), which is always a good sign. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. One of my favorite fast food spots and great healthy alternative to other unhealthy fast food places. Side note- I recommend/usually get the buffalo chicken, but I have had it 60+ times so my opinion is certainly bias read more

We have eaten here many times over the years but tonight was so bad that we doubt we will return. The two people working both acted as if they started tonight. Couldn't find what we ordered on the register to ring it up then never gives us a total just asks if we are paying with cash or a card. We pay with cash and then are told that he doesn't know what to do because they're out of one dollar bills. Has to call the manager to find them located right beneath the register. Meanwhile neither of our pitas have been started. By this time there is a line behind us. The employee at the grill had a mask under his nose and the employee ringing people up went from the money to the food with the same pair of rubber gloves. He had to read the printout to follow the ingredients. My husband was done by the time I received my order. Our total was nearly $18 and our pitas were the thickness of a small taco. It was almost like there was a hidden camera prank going on. By the time we left the guy behind us just left with his order and the place was full of people waiting. I have always enjoyed pita pit; always good quality food and service... but this one is an exception. For the past few months the quality of service has depleted to a frustrating point where I can't bring myself to go there even with a huge craving. Most the employees are not polite or helpful and even sigh after you place orders; they even were eating their own pitas in front while we were still ordering. I know some times you need a snack or have to squeeze in a meal during a shift while it's slower because you might not have time later, but I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be directly in front of the customers especially when they don't use gloves... Unfortunately I'll have to resort to getting my pita pit at other locations. read more

Love it here! Sometimes there can be a rush of people, but I think the staff handle it well with quick service and remaining kind.

When I get done with a workout or to get a quick bite to eat this is the place to go. Love the atmosphere when you go in. They have a good selection of veggies, meats, and condiments. My go to pita is the buffalo chicken, almost all the veggies, pepper jack cheese and jalapeno ranch. On Wednesday double meat is only 75 cents! I never leave hungry form Pita pit. The employees who work there are friendly and work efficiently. The most I ever waited was 10 minutes (lot a people). I'll probably get a pita today, so i'll be back definitely. read more

Pita pit should be a new and improved version of subway. It is more vegetarian friendly with warm falafel and fresh veggies. The prices are reasonable and it is a clean environment. My one complaint would be that sometimes the staff can be a little too busy and the pita can get ripped which, makes the insides fall out. read more

Best place in town to get a pizza. The dough is seasoned just right and you can get whatever toppings you want. Sometimes they run out of pepperoni, but there are many more items to pick from. The staff are very nice and their pizza hats are adorable! read more
