I tried the new spicy chicken Alfredo it was creamy and fine but I found the sauce to be too thick to my liking. The kitchen could improve on their neatness as the sauce was spilled to the side of the plate. I got San Pellegrino to drink it was large and good to quench my thirst. The salad was great as well as the gnocchi soup. Breadsticks were warm and ready to dip into my pasta. We got the never ending pasta. Beside the host experience the atmosphere and server experience was a 4/5 and food was a 3/5.

We were very unhappy with our server, Ben, who had shoulder-length hair, all the way around. Everytime he was at our table he took his hand and put it in hair to get it out of his eyes. He did this frequently. He also let it hang when he bent over to put cheese on our salad or soup. We were lucky no hair got in our food. I am a former fast food restaurant manager, so I know about food service sanitation. He should've had his hair tied back and out of face so he wouldn't have to put his hands in his hair then handle our food. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who should've been aware of this and trained Ben not to do this. I'd be wary about going to this Olive Garden with their food sanitation practices.

So far this is top of our list. So many options and so much food is provided at such a small cost! The food is FANTASTIC! If you did not like the spaghetti and bread at school you probably won't like it here, but it brought me back to nostalgic school lunch and I am ALL FOR IT!!!!! CHEESE BREAD IS A MUST!!!! No complaints (except the salad) and would def go back.

The portions were so big that we shared the small fry and took the other order of fries home to eat later. The burgers are fresh and never frozen. Even the small burger was huge. The turkey was less than tender and lacked flavor, the green beans were stringy and over-cooked. I'm willing to try this place again- maybe their beef, chicken, or pork is of better quality and flavor, and maybe their other sides are better, but their turkey and green beans didn't sit with me too well. Final note- the atmosphere of the place and counter service was fine, so plusses on that. Three stars for mediocre food quality- I expect better from a barbeque joint, especially located in the Midwest.

I thought I was giving him grace because they got a new POS system, yet he didn't know some simple menu questions I asked him. And he was just super odd, not rude, not friendly, just odd. Both tables I tried to sit at were dirty. The Mac & cheese is creamy and bland. The creamy coleslaw was better than decent. I'd take a quart of that! Their BBQ sauces are tasty, there's just not a huge difference between the three. It's subtle. The tenderloin IS very good. It could stand for some finishing salt, but excellent without. I bet their other meats are excellent, there were just some things that were really off putting with the service.

This is still not the best Dairy Queen ever. The location is a bit outdated, the employees (while…read moreefficient) are not usually very pleasant, the parking lot is a bit of a pain, and the interior seating is lacking. Also, for some reason, I have to sign a credit card receipt on a clipboard when paying for a $4 Blizzard with a credit card. HOWEVER, aside from that first time, my ice cream has tasted better. It tastes reliably good on the last couple times I've tried it. Unless you feel like driving over 30 minutes to get to the nearest Dairy Queen, this the best one in the Cedar Falls area. So while it's not-nearly the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to, when compared to the local options, it deserves a much higher rating than I gave it the first time. They actually have chocolate ice cream, so that already put them leagues above the other Dairy Queen in Cedar Falls. (This one is technically in Waterloo, but it's only about 2/3 blocks from the Cedar Falls border) I'd go back again, and this has become my go-to place for ice cream.

That would not have been a major issue if not for the fact that we asked prior to ordering and she was incredibly rude about it. I dont like to play this card often but I believe the reason she was so disrespectful was because of the way we were dressed. We will not be back here.
