When made the order through the app. I am not a local but should have know it was going to take a while when people started reverse out the drive-through line . I usually can never go wrong with McDonald's except for this day. When I ordered my food and paid I was told there was going to be a wait time, I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food. After I had gotten my meal, I checked it to make sure I had everything and was missing part of my meal, I was upset because I had already spent so much time waiting, I went ahead and let the employees know. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the rest of my food... My experiences would've gone a little better if they had offered me a drink or something for all the time I spent waiting for them to correct my order. Honestly surprised how horribly this visit went considering I was just ordering some fries to-go. First, an older lady was asking for a different breakfast sandwich than the one she got, and in response the girl on expo wearing a gray shirt, yellow vest, and a bun (handing out the orders) stared at her with a nasty face, snatched her food up and threw it away saying nothing. The older lady customer just stood there in shock and sarcastically said "very welcoming!". Then, after waiting around 6-8 minutes for my medium fry, I simply asked the same girl on expo for some ketchup (shocking!), and she stared at me like I was stupid and shoved the ketchup in the bag. Well guys, this McDonald's is usually the best one of out the bunch for me. Today I went and tried a Spicy chicken sandwich, and it wasn't bad. I have to give it to McDonald's, I mean my original thought was "if the chicken nuggets are bomb, why wouldn't the filet be." Well, it was alright. Guys McDonald's isn't known for their chicken sandwich and I'll admit, it was a bit mediocre. Now, don't let that discredit this location nor its menu items, as I will continuously come back and order my usual, a quarter pounder with cheese. The sandwich wasn't bad guys, the reason I give this a 3 star is simply because it cannot compete with either Popeyes chicken sandwich across the street, or kfcs chicken sandwich even further than that. (Popeyes still remains king). Now chicken sandwich aside, the service here is great. Always a thank you and a smile, always very polite. Unlike other MCDonalds I've been to in Visalia, this one is very pleasant and fast. They don't specialize in the chicken sandwich, so don't let that turn you away from Their otherwise great menu. Who knows, you guys might like the chicken sandwich more than I did, but for me today guys it wasn't amazing. It was satisfying and good, but not like "I HAVE TO REVIEW THIS ABSOLUTE BEAST RIGHT NOW" either way we will be back for that quarter pounder, and the experience was nice. Thank you for the hospitality McDonald's, and until next time. I will give a shout out to the fries though, McDonald's and their famous beat up, looking like they just survived the Great Depression, just got off a 10 hour work shift at the factory looking fries. On 9/24/24, someone stole my order as I was walking in the door to pick up. What's worse, I told three different staff members and waited for over 30 minutes before finally giving up and walking out without my food. One was sitting on top of the front desk counter where you order your food and hopped off to hide in the back for 10 minutes before seeing what I needed. My wife and I always stop at this location on our road trips since they have a Playplace and we want to give our son a location that's inside and out of the heat to stretch his legs and blow off some steam. The location is very well maintained. It always feels like it was just scrubbed down. The staff is also always very friendly. But my favorite part about this McDonald's is that it never feels crowded. Even when there are a lot of other customers there, it has never felt packed. The layout is done so that there is plenty of breathing room and walkways to get around and just enjoy your meal. I admit I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's, but this location is a perfect excuse to sneak a quick bite. read more

We entered your drive thru roughly ten minutes before you stopped serving breakfast this morning. When it was our turn to order, we were informed that breakfast was no longer being served. We informed the team member that we had been waiting since before the 10:30am cutoff. The team member took our breakfast order. The menu board briefly reflected a once cent amount due. We were never told to pull forward and other orders were taken in the other lane. We arrived at the window to pay only to learn that our order could not be found. We were told it must have been deleted. We were not offered a free meal nor were we offered the opportunity to order and pay for breakfast. I am curious whether this is how team members are trained to treat customers? I would like to know how you accommodate guests wanting breakfast minutes after the cutoff time? I felt that our time was not respected this morning. I also felt like we were not valued customers. You've lost my business. The gal over the intercome was rude on the intercome, rude when taking payment then showed to be a litter bug on her break while we were waiting for our food. She threw her drink cup in the planter while she sat in her truck. We had to wait for our food so they had us park on the side. When they brought it outside, the employee gave the impression that they were unhappy that they had to bring our food to our car. Then the food was not great. I feel bad for the workers there because they are really understaffed, which is not their fault. I had to wait a while and they almost messed up my order, until I corrected them. McDonalds needs to compensate their workers more and not put them in such unfavorable positions. I love this location because even though it is located right off the freeway, I've never had a problem here. I decided to go in this time because I had my son with me and I wanted to sit down and eat. Right when you walk in, the restaurant was very clean and quiet. Sadly, the restrooms were disgusting!! Agh..toilet paper all over the floor..the toilet looked rusty..idk..it was gross..that's why I gave this location 4 stars. The crew members were really nice here, especially the manager Michael and crew member Emily. Michael was very patient with me when I changed my order twice, and Emily even brought our food to the table when she saw I was busy with my 15 month old son. I will be back for sure. read more
