This is our go to McDonald's. Their fries are almost always fresh, along with their nuggets unlike the Deming location. Their prices are also better than the spot on Deming too. They're also clean and provide good customer service. Just wish they had a playground too! read more

They introduced spicy barbecue chicken sandwich. So went there to give it a shot. I would say it was just ok. I found it not enough spicy and not enough barbecue flavor. Last time I was here, they were happy to make some secret menu items for me. This time the crew seems to be inexperienced and outright said they cannot accommodate request for secret menu items. I ended up taking big mac instead. Mocha frappe had a strong chocolate flavor and less of a coffee flavor. read more

I ordered two double cheeseburgers. I was only rung up for one but they corrected it at the pay window. At next window I was handed my bag. When I opened it before I could say anything the girl said "don't tell me there's not 2 in there because there is" I told her it was 2 cheeseburgers when it was supposed to be 2 double cheeseburgers. To this she rolls her eyes and walks away. Another woman comes to the window who I assume was the manager even though I didn't ask for one. I tell her the issue and she says " well I heard you say two cheeseburgers so you're wrong". At that point I knew I was dealing with horrible customer service so I just drove away. Fast food is what it is, sometimes you have to placate a toddler and get them a Happy Meal. They had no clue what a toy for a child under 3 is, even though every other location knows what it is, but not the end of the world. The food came out in less than 2 minutes, greatly appreciated when trying to get food into a screaming toddler. Lots of TV's and free WiFi make it a good place to sit and sip some coffee when you need a break. read more

This is a true story. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I asked the cashier for a BQB sauce and a Ranch sauce (little 1" containers). He said "which one". I said "one of each". He said "you can only have one". I said "I'd like one of each". He turned to a lady who appeared to be the manager and said "that man says he would like 2 sauces: BBQ and Ranch." I used to love McDonald's coffee when you served Newman's Best coffee brand. it was always perfectly brewed. However, no matter which location I go to in my area I get watered-down- sugar-water particularly in your iced coffee!! I'm writing this review for all Manchester and Vernon McDonald locations ... PLEASE change your BREW and do not give me sugar water anymore! This was my last attempt to give McDonald's a try. I ended up asking for a refund. Granted it's only $1.29 for a medium coffee, but I refuse to waste my hard-earned dollar. You should really be embarrassed to serve this and call it coffee. read more

So I'm probably breaking a cardinal foodie rule here, but yes, I'm reviewing a McDonald's AND I'm giving it 5 stars! Say whaaaaaaat? Whoever owns this particular franchise definitely knows what they're doing, and they're doing it well. This location is super convenient for me since I work about a minute away. The restaurant is cleaner than any other McDonald's I've visited in the US (the Canadian ones are super clean) and the decor is nice for a fast-food joint. The employees are competent and friendly, and there are daily food deals prominently displayed on the wall near the regular menu (not all McD locations seem to have these deals). My mom tells me that last week she stopped in for a coffee, and was treated like royalty and served by waiters in chef hats! We have no idea what event was going on and I'm kinda bummed I missed it haha! I did a quick Google search and couldn't find any information on it. But anyways, I will gladly continue to frequent this location when I feel like treating myself to a McCafé Mocha or a Happy Meal. And with St. Paddy's Day coming up, you KNOW I'll be stopping here for a minty green Shamrock Shake. :) read more

Before I start on the negative, I want to note some recognition. A gentleman by the name of Ray who has been there for a very long time, and the mid-week a.m. manager, (I don't know her name) are always nice and friendly. Today, 10/30/20, at 8:43 a.m. I got to the pick-up window and was handed my food by an associate who didn't even look at me, and was just focused on the next order. No "hello", "good morning" or a reply when I said "thank you". Not even a glance at a valuable, regular customer. She was void of any courtesy. Please educate your staff to learn the words "you're welcome" and maybe "have a nice day" when interacting with customers. This is a nice McDonalds, recently completely re-modeled into a McCafe, there's also a double drive through. I really like the new decor, lots of flatscreen tvs, etc. This one was clean and the employees were nice. I went for breakfast this morning and asked if I could get a side of scrambled eggs, they said sure-so I'll probably go back for that sometime soon. This McDonald's is as clean and organized as a McDonald's can get. The manager is right there overseeing everything, working with his employees when it's very busy, like it should be. They should ALL be like this. The food is always the way it's supposed to be. There is nothing annoying like running out of napkins or ketchup happening here. July 2019 - Every year we stop here on our way home from vacation. It is easy off and on the interstate but more important we have always had friendly service and the place is clean. They also always seem to be up to date with the decor, offerings etc. This year a super nice guy was on duty at 7:15 pm. Rush hour was over and the place was clean and tidy and he was just a nice, friendly person. We will continue to make this our yearly stop and recommend this McDonald's to families and travelers. PSA: Eat Here At Your Own Risk! We hardly ever eat here. We grabbed a quick chicken wrap the other night and it was HORRENDOUS! Not fit for human consumption. The chicken was so gnarly that you could not eat it, I had to throw it out the window. My husband got sick, so guessing food poisoning. Took 1.5 days for his stomach to get back to normal. If I could give it 0 stars I would . I ordered 2 happy meals and a mocha frappe . First, I told them to only put a certain amount on my debit card and I'd pay the rest . I only had the certain amount on my card . The girl didn't listen and charged the whole thing . So from my account going negative I had my $50 bank fee. I asked if they could refund it and do it the right way . And the shift manager told me she wasn't going to do anything about it. So I had to keep complaining for her to finally do it . She was rude . Then , they only filled my medium frappe half way . Their solution? Fill the cup With whipped cream . And lastly, the food . I always pick at my kids food and the chicken nuggets must have been days old . They tasted microwaved and nasty . And the fries managed to be burnt and cold .
