The food is McDonald's food, you obviously aren't here to eat healthy, so you get what you expect. None the less the cooks put hard but brief work into each and every burger and the cashiers are wonderful, and able to be brisk while still being respectful. The restaurant is relatively modern and at times loud, but again what you expect. For a McDonald's, I would go higher than 5 stars if possible, for a regular restaurant, likely 4-4.5 P.S. The highlight of this eating experience was the kind front workers who are here to make your day better. Specifically, the woman who assisted me, Katelyn Niewoonder. read more

This meal was at 1:30, no lunch rush in sight. Plenty of workers in the back laughing and having a good time. Terrible service in their dining room. The meat in my cheeseburger was actually two pieces of another cheeseburger and a hamburger ripped in two and pieced together. While eating inside, three drive thru orders had to walk in and get things that were missing from their order and two couples walked out while waiting for help to place their order. At least it was kinda clean? read more

Just had to go across town to the mcdonald's on W Hill because I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes and nobody answered the window but the location says it's open till 1am. And then the one on Saint Augustine did the same thing but they're 24/7. This is ridiculous. Can we operate within our hours of operation? read more

Terrible. Was asked to pull forward so I did. After 10 minutes, I went in to ask why my order wasn't ready yet. The manager...I think she was the manager...was very rude and told me they were just fixing to bring it out to me. A few minutes later, it is brought to me. The fries were cold and limp. There was also a chicken sandwich in my bag that I didn't order. The funny thing is the tag on the sandwich was for a spicy chicken sandwich and a special request for cheese and they missed the cheese! This McDonald's is pretty good when you go in but their drive thru is terrible. read more

Whoever the manager is for this McDonald's is should be fired and everyone under them should be replaced with people who actually work. Tonight, July 29, 2021, I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal - large everything and only got medium. Also ordered an extra fry for the a side for another meal and was told I didn't order that and ordered a large sprite... I didn't wanna make a scene but whoever was working the second window, shouldn't be working there. Also the chicken sandwich HAD NO SAUCE. WHAT THE HELL. This is the THIRD TIME IVE ORDERED AND IT HAD NO SAUCE. It also looks like shit. If I could give no stars, I would. This McDonald's is literally the worst one I've been to. Y'all need to fix this business. My order is ALWAYS WRONG when I go here. read more

McDonald's - Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

The lack of professionalism that some of the staff exhibited during my visit was utterly astounding. When attempting to collect a pickup order that had been placed the drive-thru attendant took an incredibly unnecessary and aggressive tone with me after I sat and patiently waited for close to 10 minutes in an empty drive thru. That issue aside one of the drinks that was apart of my order was completely flavorless, just pure seltzer water. Thankfully the lady working the second window was much more pleasant. I refuse to go as far as saying that it completely redeemed the transaction but she deserves none of the flak in this case. I understand completely that food service can be a thankless career path, but if you insist upon exhibiting the hate in your heart please find another line of work. read more

They gave me half a medium fry when I ordered, and didn't give me a fry for my other meal. And after I ordered a mocha and strawberry banana smoothie I got neither "because the machine was broken". Other McDonald's will let you know on the machine when you can't get those items. Lazy workers that I couldn't understand with a gun to my head. I could tell how badly managed this location is, and the reviews seem just right. read more

No one takes my order past 2 am... this Is the second time I've come through the drive threw and was ignored

Horrible! My cheese was not even melted on my burger. The burger was cold and the fries tasted like old grease. I have stomach issues and I was sick for days from the grease. My ketchup packets were all stuck together by old ketchup. I asked the girl at the window for more ketchup and she didn't act like she wanted to do her job, so I drove off. I won't be back read more

Never have I seen such a poorly run McDonald's and when I called to complain to a manager, they brushed it off and blamed in on Rodriguez LLC managing this McDonald's as a franchise. Prices at this McDonald's are DOUBLE what it is at other ones. Make sure before you go to a McDonald's in the area that it is not run by Rodriguez LLC. This is poorly run and extremely high. I could go on and on. read more

Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. I've been here several times and it has been slow every single time. It is almost faster to go to a sit down restaurant and order to go. You'll use less gas idling in line. My orders are rarely right. It's like playing lunch roulette. read more

DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FROM THIS MCDONALD'S!!! I went to the drive thru at McDonalds on Monday, January 30th at 1:53 pm to order a 20 piece chicken nugget and a small mocha frappe. The lady in the drive thru was acting weird when she gave me the cup but I didn't think anything of it. My son and I drunk half of the frappe and by the time that it melted I noticed something was at the bottom of the cup. I showed the other people that were riding with me and we all noticed that it was a TINY MOUSE. I am terrified of mouse so my first reaction was to throw it out. I was not able to keep the evidence to take back to the store or take a picture of it. I did call the store and ask for the manager. She was very rude and defensive. She stated, "we do not have mice, so you couldn't have saw one". I AM VERY SURE of what I saw and it was definitely a MOUSE. I was praying that we didn't get sick from it and also it could have caused a wreck. read more

Absolute trash. Takes about an hour to even get to order. Not worth the time. Go somewhere else

This place deserves less than 1 star. This is THE WORST mcdonalds in Lowndes county. I work less than 1/2 mile from it . Everytime I attemp to go thru there the food is so terrible I have to return it or just throw it away. This morning I tried getting a biscuit. It was old hard overbaked microwaved and had flour all over it. The WORST biscuit I have ever seen anywhere ever. We just threw the whole breakfast away. DO NOT GO THERE. Whenever u try to return or adjust your order they act really pissy about it. Its never not messed up. The menu order board is always broken it might just be a lame job to some lazy manager but to me.. they tried to poison me. Do yourself a favor and give your money to someone who cares about their work. read more

Worst ever. I have not been to McDonalds in 5 or 6 years and I now remember why. Service was nice and friendly, product was trash. Ordered a qtr pounder deluxe - got home and had cheese on half of the meat, onion in the box around the edge and a pickle slice on it...that is all...no mayo, no tomato, no lettuce, etc. Total waste of $8. Will go hungry before I ever go back there again. read more

this is the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to. and they deserve less than a star but not the point. It Takes 25 minutes to get food, workers walk right past you when you're standing there trying to ask for something they have forgotten. It took 15 minutes to get 5 fries, and their drinks are all out of syrup from the drink machine and their sweet tea is about 15 days too old. One guy i asked to get our fries he didn't bring to us went back there made 2 out of 5 and went off to do something else all while i was standing there watching him and he looked at me several times. Finally i waved a girl down and she went to get our food. read more

As far as McDonald's go this one is doing a great job. This is by far my favorite McDonald's in town I'm always greeted with really friendly service and professionalism and the food is always good. Considering how crazy the world is this is especially awesome right now, keep up the great work you guys! read more

THIS MCDONALDS WAS HORRIBLE THE WORKERS AWFUL and the manager did not know what she was doing I do not recommend this McDonald's for you!

I'm doing another review on this place, I went here today and I ordered myself a cheeseburger and fries, the cashier Kim was so irate and irritable that I was forced to use a tone with her because of her horrible attitude. I wasn't satisfied with having to order the food, I should have turned away and went elsewhere. When I got my food, my fries were cold they were stale and seemed like they had been sitting out, I'm very unhappy right now with how my meal came out--If I could talk to the manager that would be nice, because I really want a refund; I wasn't satisfied with the service, the service attendant was rude, the fries were cold, the floors were dirty and the tables had not been wiped down. I was so upset by Kim's rude attitude that I went online and asked how to file an employee complaint, which I had to do--because the service was poor. alright McDonalds I am never coming here again, for the simple fact that you've hired some very poor, lazy workers with some ugly attitudes, and if you think I'm coming to your restaurant and dealing with your problem workers--Then you've got another thing coming! I wouldn't want to have to threaten to press charges on your restaurant and call in the health department, but sometimes push comes to shove--And sometimes places have to go out of business so they can learn. I do not believe Kim should be working here anymore, I even know her description just in case you need it so everyone else can be warned and they get poor service from her. she treated everyone with attitude, I saw her; I was watching her because I want to report her. I have the receipt and I WILL hold her accountable for her unorthodox workmanship, uncleanliness and poor mannerism. This has to stop, or otherwise you lose business that way.
