Seems to be really well run. Lots of cars in the drive through at noon. Only 5 tables inside.

They are slow but you can't beat the 6$ meal. It's the best deal they offer. They need more help in the evening. Place needs to clean its bathrooms. Nuggets are the best If you get 20 deal. read more

Everything was done perfectly on my kids happy meals besides not having apple slices , but all in all the nuggets and fries were fresh and my kids were happy read more

I usually like to come here for lunch when I'm craving something quick and I love the cheeseburgers but ever since in the past year it's gotten too expensive to pay for a meal and the customer service is terrible. read more

Similar to another review, I was on my way back to the bay area and stopped for food. However, I found the establishment pretty clean and friendly. The servers let us use our coupons on the McDonalds App which is cool. Moreover, there were no problems with the food. Highly recommended! read more

McDonald's - Nuggets and Fries - Burgers Near Me - Ukiah, California

I have the worst experience with McDonald's in this location! I live close by, ordered a few times here but man they make garbage! Over fried chicken nuggets and fries! Always forget one or two things in your order! I ordered Big Mac, 10 pieces of chicken nuggets Drive thru. While I paying, I wanted to add a medium fries, got rejected. Apparently it's too much work for them. Anyways, I got my order and go home. Guess what, that was the worst Big Mac I ever had my entire life!!!!! No sauce, the meat was too dry, cheese was cold, and there were two bottom buns! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU COULD! WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

McDonald's - The worst Big Mac I ever had! No sauce, the meat was too dry, cheese was cold, and there were two bottom buns! - Burgers Near Me - Ukiah, California

When I pulled up at McDonald's at 5:30 PM on Saturday night, I was the only one in the drive-through. I thought that was really strange. I ordered two hamburgers and a filet o fish, I was so disappointed as I drove away and saw that my hamburgers didn't have pickles on them! Then I look across the street and see that there is an In-N-Out Burger and that's why McDonald's has no business, plus, they don't put pickles on their hamburgers. Passing through this town. On my way up north. read more

We were driving back from Northern California towards the Bay Area and decided to stop by for a quick meal pickup. By far one of the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. The trash bins were already overfilling and the tables were unclean. The Big Mac and the grilled chicken burgers we ordered were worse... the buns were burnt and it tasted horrible, we literally threw them out after taking a bite or two. Avoid this location like anything... read more

Charge 11$ for breakfast sandwich and coffee and forgot the egg in drive thru..quit. never again.

Popped through here off the Hi-Way to grab the kiddos Happy Meals while on our journey up the Pacific Coast. Food came as ordered and there were no concerns. Kids were sad they didn't have a play space here but otherwise no complaints. An older McDonald's that hasn't received updating but gets the job done when on the road. read more

Out of the two McDonald's in town, this one is the quickest & cleanest (but also the less popular, seemingly, since a lot of those without homes stay near the other one). I'm traveling from out of town, and I was able to stay in my car here for WiFi & to catch some rest without any complaints or being bothered at all. The staff is super friendly, especially the morning manager, and the coffee I got this morning was honestly the best I've ever had from a McDonald's. Normally, they skimp a bit on the cream & sugar (because I'm like a child & love my coffee with a lot of both.. lol) and I've just grown accustomed to that, so I don't expect much, but the lady here gave me exactly what I asked for, and I'm so thankful I decided to stop at this location for this visit. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Burgers Near Me - Ukiah, California

Employees are slow and extremely rude. Had the audacity to tell me to hurry up or get out of line when I was taking literally 30-60 seconds to look at the breakfast menu after waiting nearly 20 minutes in drive thru. Seriously, what is wrong with you people? Food came out cold anyways. read more

Idk name of person but she sure sour AF to work here. Y'all can imagine how hard it must be to get an order correct. Not to mention can I have extra this and that orders and it pisses them off, one word of advice if you hate your job do something about it to change it! read more

got a big mac there yesterday mainly because they are having a special on them, I guess trying to re-kindle interest. well, never again. The 2 burger patties were cold and dried out like they were leftover from the day before. Each one was less than 1/4 inch thick, about the same size as the McDouble. Only thing different from the McDouble was the extra piece of bread between the patties, and the couple handfuls of shredded lettuce and onions and some slapped-on bit of mayo instead of ketchup mustard and pickles. I'll stick with the McDouble when the craving hits for cheap fast food. The servbice and everything was great but the food was a waste of money. read more

Does McDonald's have any nutrients in there food? The fries are great unless they are soggy.

Not only did they get our order wrong by only giving us 1, 10 peice mcnugget when we orerded 2 when we drove back around to correct it we politely told them what happened and the lady looked at us shocked saying it was to much food and gave it to us with an additude read more

Lousy help, they mess up your order. Food is often cold when served. New management there sucks. Franny was very good sadly she is not management there anymore read more

If THIS is the direction that McDonald's is heading towards, count me out! This is the 2nd McDonald's that I've been to where they force you to use the automated kiosk. Doesn't that ditzy counter girl realize her job is in jeopardy because of these stupid machines? Just because you can shuffle some fries into a box does NOT mean they are going to keep you around. Becoming more and more disappointed with McDonald's altogether. Automated service should be a choice, not shoved down my throat! Thank goodness In N' Out was right across the street where I had a HUMAN take my order. read more

So, me and my husband went out craving some yummy, we went to Mc Donalds in Ukiah CA for a Caramel frappe and something sweet. I processed to order and asked for the fifth time that came by for strawberry cream pies and the answer is the always the same "yes but you have to wait 15 MINUTES!!!" Seriously? No way how come they never have their products ready for the costumers when this restaurants are recognized by "fast and ready" food service! So, then when I had to pay for my caramel frappe, I asked by the window if the pies were frozen and if the were, I wanted it like that anyways please, so the young man said ok perfect so he charges me the pies and I was happy by then, when he turned his head to the woman on the back to order my frozen pies she said NOOO that she can't sell the pies frozen ever, but the absurd fact to make this more bizarre is that the kid told her that he didn't know but he saw the same woman selling frozen burritos to someone else so that is why he thought he can do it too!!! Ok, my opinion is if the restaurant is selling something that the costumer is asking as it PLEASE SELL IT Come on and be fair and equal to all!!!!! read more

8/28/2020 8:00 PM. First when my order was taken she asked me to repeat it. My simple order was wrong!!!! Please hire people who can speak and hear clearly! When I went to pay she shorted me 5.00 dollars, I caught the mistake and made her make it right! Please hire people who can count or teach them. This cost me time and money! Had lunch at the McDonald's on Perkins and orchard in Ukiah my hamburger had so much mayonnaise on it it was ridiculous and in asking for a refill of an iced tea that lady was very rude and said no refill, no refill . I would not recommend returning to this location read more

I am new to the area and have been to this McDonalds before and gotten friendly service. Nice employees. This time I walked up to the counter to order my fillet o fish meal and the counter person walked me over to the kiosk to enter my own order. I refuse to go to the McDonalds in south Ukiah because they did this to me there and I walked out. At least this tie when I walked out I was just across the street from IN n OUT and a smiling person behind the counter to take my order. I will not put in my own order at McDonalds, it is about keeping personal touches in business and not removing the human element. I REFUSE TO EAT AT ANY PLACE THAT WILL NOT HAVE A PERSON TALK TO ME TO TAKE MY ORDER. read more

Five stars this mcdonalds has a very helpful staff and the service was just exceptional.I didnt know the new upgraded restraunts order process and a very friendly outgoing staff member stopped thier own meal to hurry over and help me place my order it was fun and easy! Very very very slow service, it wasn't worth the trip. It took them 15 minutes to get me one cup of coffee.

When I can, I typically go to the other McDonald's in town. There's nothing really wrong with this one, it just seems a little more... sketchy. Though they did recently remodel, so that helps a bit. I tried visiting here for lunch recently but there was nowhere to sit! I would guess they have maybe 5 or 6 tables. I literally drove to the other McDonalds just for the seating. But if you're already on this side of town, and just want to use the drive-thru, it's fine. read more

WOW, I didn't know courteous and McDonalds went together but in regards to this McDonalds it does. Going through the drive-thru to get coffee and tea for the morning we were greeted with a pleasant personality and employees that were accommodating offering to put the sugar and cream in the coffee and asking if we wanted them to put the tea bag in the cup or if we wanted them to do it. What amazing customer service, if you have to go to McDonalds off highway 101 the one on N State St in Ukiah is highly recommended. read more

Traveling from humboldt we stopped for a late breakfast on the road. My toddler loves their fries and was disappointed we were unable to order them. This McDonald's doesn't even deserve a star at ALL the most disgusting/dirty McDonald's I've ever been to. We stopped here on our way vacationing in Fort Bragg last week. They had roaches in the parking lot and when I went to use the restroom roaches were crawling by my feet about 2 of them. I didn't even want to order food! I ordered a chicken sandwich and my chicken was hard and tasted stale! This place does not deserve to be in business and the staff looked dirty! Never going here again! read more
