At this McDonalds Geer and Tuolumne, we went through the drive through recently on a Friday around 11:30am. They took our order, took our money and when we got up to the window they wanted us to go to the parking lot and wait for our food. I said "No, last time we did that, you forgot about us and it took way too long." The manager lady came out and yelled at me to move my car. I rolled my window up and waited for my food. 5 minutes later, the same rude manager lady came back with a bag, like she was going to hand us our food, and shoved it at me said here's your money back. I said good. Then drove right next door to Burger King, was treated with respect, and got my food through a normal drive through process. McDonalds shouldn't take my money if they don't have my food. Is rude to kick people out of line and then make them wait longer just so McDonalds can keep their line going. The rude manager lady seems like she hates her job. Maybe she should change careers and learn some customer service skills. read more

The food is always good and hot. The only bad thing about the place is the service every time I place an order they always find a way to mess up. I pay for 4 McDoubles and end up with 2 or short of something I wanted. If I wait in a long line and pay my order in full I expect not to be disappointed or played for a fool. Yes, Sonya was the Recievers of my complaint, not only did it fall on deaf ears, she was VERY RUDE! I simply had a terrible Quarter Ponder and called to let a manager know. I had just got out of the hospital and was hungry for Quarter pounder, I know Mc dees policy is to contact a manager asap but I only needed some rest before I'm going to chase this ridiculous task. I waited till the next morning and she was so rude and rattled her mouth uncontrollably. Not Happy! I will never be back after being a loyal customer for forty plus year. On Friday, December 3, 2021 at approximately 9:00 PM I had a bad experience. I was using the McDonald's app and went to redeem a deal on the app "Buy one Happy Meal and get one free. The cashier entered the code in the cash register and the cash register read, " no terminal connection." The cashier stated, "after I complete entering your order, before the checkout I will contact my manager see if he can correct the problem." The cashier walked over to manager, spoke to him, returned and stated, " the manager said he can't do anything." The manager could not not walk over to me, make an attempt to fix or make an override, and later enter the code when the terminal was back online. He was just standing aroundhanding out completed orders for in store purchases. So I changed my order since my deal could not be accepted. read more

I've been to this McDonald's plenty of times. I can't remember one time anyone has been rude to me and 9/10 times I get everything I ordered. This place is clean and I will be back! Oh okay...so the reason for the 4 stars...you're "free WiFi" doesn't work!!! I just use my hotspot now. One other time you used a small lid on my daughters frappe and she spilled it all over her...it was full!! This has a newer design but the food is only sufficient and the service is only adequate. I can't say that I expected a lot. I worked at a AAA McDonald's location back in the day. We did things better than most, including the company-owned stores of the time. This one is totally adequate, messy and unloved. The person behind the counter wasn't particularly friendly but did okay. The food was ready almost immediately, thanks to their storing hamburger patties. It was totally adequate and warm. It all started when we went through the drive thru and they gave us the wrong drinks then we were told they are waiting on fries and asked us to park. 10 minutes later I went inside to check on our order and found it ready to deliver, however the food was cold and unacceptable. I took it back inside and asked to re-make our order. 10 minutes later we received our food and we moved on. The store was not busy so I can only imagine that the delay was caused by the staff. Do not order extra on anything you buy from here, whether it's a frap or the hot fudge sundae. I have ordered multiple caramel frappes & always ask for extra caramel. Although they charge me for extra caramel, they do not give it to me! & if they do, it's on the outside of the cup. Not on the inside where I can actually drink it lmao. The is the worst run McDonald's franchise I've ever seen. They consistently refuse to accept coupons from the McDonald's App. Their prices are consistently higher than other MCD in same area. I came to McDonald's with my family after being at the Stanislaus County Fair and we were treated VERY POORLY while ordering and when we got our food. The guy that took our order was rushing us and interrupting my fiancé as she was trying to order. We decided to brush it off thinking because they had a long line of cars in drive thru but as soon as we got to the window to get our food the worker was very rude as he was giving us our food and drinks. We asked him nicely if we could have BBQ he rolled his eyes. Another thing, we asked him if the condiments were in the bag like he told us from the start and he kept saying yes until we checked our bags and we were missing some. When we asked him nicely again he shoved our drinks to us and slammed the sliding window on us. This worker was wearing glasses with a high pitch voice. We spent $27 dollars there just for them to serve us nasty soggy fries and a McChicken that had brown lettuce, was soggy and looked like it had been sitting out for hours.
