Every time I come to the drive thru they always make me wait at least 10 mins in the reserved parking space because they always need to "make more" of something. I come here for lunch every day because my autistic child will only eat McDonald's fries for lunch. Yesterday, I placed my order on the app, waited 20 minutes, then an employee came out to my car to tell me that the fryer was broken and they could not make fries. In addition, they had run out of meat!!! This kind of incompetence is inexcusable, and at the very least, if they were unable to serve either fries or burgers, their two main staples, they should have shut down rather than inconvenience a lot of people. Not only is this the most expensive McDonald's around that I'm aware of, the food is the worst. Their fries are never fresh, even if you ask. Their food always tastes like it's been sitting there all day. It cost me $10 for two sundaes and a small fry and the caramel tasted burnt or something, they don't offer nuts here, and the fries were old and stale. Okay, in all honesty I am not a McDonald's fan, having been poisoned at several of their locations over the past years. However, since a good amount of time has passed since I have ordered a Hamburger from them, (about 20 years-seriously), I thought I would give it a try today. I had a craving for their Coca-Cola which is the best anywhere due to the special deal they have with Coke, and was also feeling like having a Big Mac for the first time in two decades. Big mistake. I arrived at the drive-through at 10:10 AM and was told that lunch service starts at 10:30. Really??!!. For a place that has advertised itself as a hamburger chain for decades, and now offers breakfast all day, how is it not possible to not have burgers and fries ready at a reasonable hour? Other chains offer burgers as early as 9:00 AM and some do so 24 hours. Even In-And-Out who advertises a 10:30 AM opening will begin food service at around 10:00 AM-ish in most outlets. Why the limited offering? Its their rule so screw the customer. Totally unacceptable! Looks like it will be another 20 years before I try McDonald's again, but only if they get wise and start offering burgers at a reasonable hour. Dirtiest McDonald's ever, I had to clean a table myself to sit and eat my meal in the lobby, was there for about 15 minutes and nobody cleaned the tables. A bunch of kids came to ask for water and the manager said no and send them out then she said she was too busy to give them water and she was on her phone all the time. Maybe only today, but their service was terrible. Usually they have an old Caucasian man working here and his service is my favorite!!! I ordered meal and orange juice was missing. I went to ask for my orange juice but they told me ' no orange juice ', that's it!!! I paid extra for it! If you cant serve it, you have to suggest something else for replace. Big issue!!! Fix the outdoor lighting by the drive up order thing. It flashes and flickers like a haunted house effect. And the number one best thing about McDonald's are their fries when they're done well, IMO. They are literally always so hot, I sometimes come here JUST for the fries! The only reason this restaurant is in business is because of the franchise name. I can see why the reviews are horrible, you really have to be bad to get less than 3-4 stars for an international chain! Drive Thru: they have gone back to not displaying your order as it is entered. I can see why. A couple weeks ago I went through, ordered 2 Quarter Pounders and other items. I get to the window, pay and happen to look at the receipt. 2 Quarter Pounders WITH CHEESE. Menu items, sure, but not what I ordered. Went through the whole thing, AGAIN, 2 Quarter Pounders. No cheese. Billed, 2 Quarter Pounders With Cheese -Cheese. Think they remove the cost of the cheese? No. Ghost up-sell? I doubt it. As for the manager, get 'shift supervisor', go through the whole thing, AGAIN. I explain that right at the intercom, I stated 2 Quarter Pounders with NO CHEESE. I always reiterate that, always, because, well, experience. "She'll talk to them about it", then it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to refund me for the cheese I didn't order. 2 Weeks later. Same drive through. Same order (yeah, creature of habit). The only difference was this time I was asked sandwich or meal. Well, if I'd wanted the MEAL I'd have said MEAL or ordered by the number. Its not that hard. Should have known better. Get home and what do I find? 2 Quarter Pounders with CHEESE. I go back, ask for the manager. Same intercom operator, same shift supervisor, same conversation and no, I did not keep my voice down this time. Her response was "well, WE (making circle with finger to include crew) all understand that a Quarter Pounder is WITH CHEESE." Really? And they wonder why the rating. No, its printed ON THE MENU. Its is CONSISTENT across the country (35+ States and counting) and the one reason to to McDonalds is CONSISTENCY. The menu is the same. The food is the same. You get exactly what you expect. No surprises. No surprise onions, no surprise other food allergies. No surprises. The manager CAN'T UNDERSTAND why this is important! If it was possible to give negative stars, I would, and it would be a justifiable action. Customer service is the worst. Management is incompetent, and frankly, revels in being so. I've spoken to managers of this establishment many times over 20 years. I've even (finally) gotten the owner to call me to say he was unaware and offer apologies and lots of freebies (which I turned down, I only want what I ask for and what I pay for). I give the food's taste about 4 out of 5 stars, but the Fries can be too salty. I'm not really into the Big Mac, I always get the Double Quarter Pounder because that tastes better. Speaking of "Double Quarter Pounder" that name is too long! The reason i'm giving this place 2 out of 5 stars, even though I really like the DQ Pounder is because the meal portions are really small, McDonald's is a cheap rip-off that charges you like $8 to $10 for just one tiny burger, only a little bit of fries and a tiny little cup of soda to go with it. I could just go to Denny's and get a cheeseburger that's 3 times bigger with 3 times more fries just for almost the same price. The Deluxe Breakfast is at least somewhat acceptable but it isn't perfect. The sausage, the hotcakes, the syrup, the hash brown are fine, but the eggs don't taste like anything and the bacon is real tiny because it's burnt to a crisp. read more

By far the worst McDonald's anyone can ever go to. Coming from an employee that actually used to work there :). Management is very poor there. One manager Priscilla was by far the worst, picks on new employees just because they don't speak Spanish as fluent as her. She's rude to customer and coworkers. Most cooks are friends with her to sometime they're just chatting it up. Me trying to help customers the way they wanted to do it and since she wouldn't do her own job I wanted to make customers happy it was my first job but I would get in trouble for it. If u ever complain to ever her boss they won't do anything about it or even hr. I have heard many people that have worked there left based off of this and poor management.
