Both times I was surprised by the mess. Dirty tables, trash on floor, dirty floor in need of a mop, etc. I figured they had an early rush. The 3rd time I arrived right as the doors opened and saw the same mess. Even worse, the kids play area was filthy and the restroom was disgusting. One of the worst locations I've been to...placed a mobile order through the drive thru 10 mins ahead of time and still was told to wait in a pick up spot for my food for another 5 mins. Cheese burger tasted like fish, fries tasted like meat, and my drink was only filled up 3/4 of the cup. Threw away 90% of the food. Bought one of those Kerwin Frost meals in the drive through along with other meals. No toy inside the 12.99 box! The person at the window either took it for themselves, needs to be properly trained, or they ran out, in which case, don't sell them for 12.99 without the dang toy! I placed a promo order using the mobile app and waited for over 15 minutes at the curbside. While still waiting for my cheeseburger, I was even able to use another promo for fries. Yet, despite the ridiculous wait, my first order was still not ready, so I decided to drive through the pick-up lane instead. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, she was completely dismissive, saying an employee went out but "didn't see me." I explained I had been waiting there for more than 15 minutes, but instead of addressing the issue, she continued to blame me, insisting I wasn't there when someone supposedly brought the order out. My point is, I was there, waiting for 15 minutes, and no one came out. As a manager, instead of owning up to the delay and the failure to deliver, she shifted the blame to me. Got in line at the dual drive thru right side. I was asked to wait. I did... She then serviced 4 other cars on the left side! There's now touchscreen ordering & payment, self-serve drinks, food delivered to your table, high top tables and low tops too with stools for seating, a few of the traditional booths remain but none of the old school color scheme! Gone are the reds, yellows and bright oranges with a smiling Ronald McDonald and in with the neutral colored tile floors and turquoise/lime green "seats" (which are actually stools). It all looks pretty ugly to me. They've inexplicably kept a red wall behind the self-serve soft drinks that clashes badly with the overall neutral theme and a weird black and white wallpaper that looks like a chalkboard with pictures of menu items. Then there's that washed out pale orange wall with a photo of an old McD sign, "Over 1 million served..." Your favorite burgers & sandwiches are still here: Big Mac, Quarter Pounder & Filet O' Fish. There are many newer options as well and the prices have gone up significantly on the classics. Their drive through is quick & efficient and their business is probably booming since the other location a bit further west is being completely remodeled. I had a coupon for a free yogurt parfait if I purchased an oatmeal. The guy at the register didn't read it correctly and instead he gives me an iced coffee instead of the oatmeal! He can't open the register so he asked for help. I waited and waited and no one came to help him!! I got fed up and left. 1. Hire someone who can read coupons. 2. She called it a McMuffin which confused me but she explained it.
