Not happy at this McDonalds. Kiosks not working so we had to order from the counter. Messed up order for 1 person, $16 and some change because they added a large fry and large drink to the sandwich meal. Diet Coke was out (that happens) but, when it's running again bring the drinks out to us!! It's like everybody working here's first day! Had to ask for straws, napkins and ketchup repeatedly!! Absolutely DISSATISFIED! My husband never wants to go there and tonight the service explained why. We ordered 2 quarter pounders, 1 big mac, a 10 pc nugget, 3 fries, a milkshake and drink. After paying they asked us to pull to the area where you wait for food because one of the quarter pounds was without onions. We waited for about 25 minutes before someone asked what our order was, another 10 minutes before we got our order and a large fry was missing (my milkshake is now melted) so we had to pull around so I could go inside. Explained a fry was missing to a young guy who told his supervisor and there I stood while they completed other orders. Now all my other food is getting cold!! 5 minutes and I finally get the missing fries. It's McDonald's so I can't say much about the food. I will say our order was fresh, so that's good. But what is going on with the service here? We came through the drive-thru around 4 a.m. on our way to the airport. We were the only car there. After placing our order at the speaker, we had to repeat it to the guy at the first window about three times. Maybe he wasn't awake yet, but he could not figure it out. After pulling up to the second window, we sat there for several minutes. It didn't look like anyone was working. After a good while, a lady handed us our bag of food and abruptly closed the window. My fiance didn't get his drink, so he knocked. Confused, the lady opened the window and apologized for the missed drink. It seemed to take several minutes more for her to pour it and get us on our way. The whole transaction must've taken 10-15 minutes. Get with the program, dudes. read more

We all know McDonalds isn't the best food but this one is by far the worst of McDonalds franchise. Employees are rude, don't care about customer service and food is far below any other McDonalds I've visited. I tried to use the kiosk to order but they were malfunctioning and froze. At the register girl rude and kept talking to other employees while taking my order. Fries and burgers came out cold and burgers were crumpled. While eating at a table anther employee decided she wanted to sweep and mop under my table while there were several other open dirty tables. On my way out I clearly asked for a refill of unsweetened iced tea only to get sweet tea. If I ever go back to a McDonald's it definitely won't be the one in Marana AZ. read more

No wonder this location is looking for help. I have not been to this McDonald's since pre-Covid. I attempted to go in to place my order and the door was locked. I'm like OK, I got back in the car and went through the drive-thru. BIG mistake. I spent almost $39.00 for dinner, and they screwed me out of 1 Quarter Pounder and the food was STONE cold.
