He was very apologetic and sympathetic about this experience. He stated he went back and watched the video from the store and could see that the way the store handled the situation was inappropriate and he plans on speaking with the people involved at the store. He offered me a refund and a free replacement of the food. I told him it was only $5 and I wasn't worried about a refund I didn't know if I was comfortable going back after that but he insisted he would keep my name on the books if I ever changed my mind. I was impressed with how he handed it as some GM back their team up and did not have compaction for the customer and this was not the case whatsoever and I appreciate that very much.

When I arrived at Zaxbys for an early dinner I had no idea how it would be. The color combination of gold and black made the place look elegant yet relaxed. When I arrived to the ordering counter, I noticed all the employees were working very motivated and with a purpose, all doing their assigned duties enthusiastically. A young lady up front greeted and welcomed me with a smile and seemed very happy to hear that this was my first time here. She gave me some time to review the menu that was placed where all fast food restaurants have them. I ordered the Zaxseas Surf & Turf combo, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert. The Fries were also very well fried and freshly served. And the sauces were amazingly delicious. As I was leaving, I saw who seemed to be the manager seated at a table interviewing a young lady. I didn't want to interrupt, otherwise I would have told him how well he was running this restaurant. I just had an amazing dining experience here and this was only my first time.
