I highly DO NOT recommend this Wendy's. If you go thou the drive through, even if you the only one there. It's a min. Of 20 minutes. Go inside same thing. Almost every single employee has no customer service experience, training, or attitude. What about DoorDash? NO I ordered thou DoorDash, and when the driver went to pick up, they said it wasn't there...come to find out that they just deleted on their side. (DoorDasher pushed manager on duty for me, highly recommend DoorDash) So another 30 minutes and I finally got my food...no fries, I ordered a Triple cheeseburger got a double. And to add on top, went to the Wendy's website to see if I could talk to customer service...A BOT, and when I tried to find a phone number...none to be found. So I tried the bot, then realized...I GOT NO RECEIPT! And the bot asked for a receipt number. Again, DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S!!! read more

There on Mother's Day around 1pm. One other couple in the joint. Place was dirty and disgusting. Photos attached are only the tip of the iceberg. Slow service and my hot and crispy fries were warm and soggy. Place needs a manager that knows how to run a restaurant. I'm done with this Wendy's. Bojangles is next door. read more

Stopped in here for dinner after the failed dinner attempt at the Burger King in Buchanan, VA. Ordered their spicy chicken sandwich - add cheese and onions (comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo) to go. Got out to the car and started down the road - only two minutes have elapsed since I left the restaurant. The chicken sandwich was room temperature - not even warm. This is my usual wendy's and I am so disappointed with the service here. I understand low staff but when I have been waiting 10 minutes at the order machine in the drive through with an accumulating line and pull around to see what's going on and then i'm told i'll have to get back in line to order because the guy at the window would "get in trouble" for taking our order I have a right to be frustrated. Wendy's should be a last resort option because it is evident most locations have the worst service if any at all. read more

Came in for lunch today and this place was SLAMMED! ran in because the drive thru was backed up. Only a few workers but they still managed to get me hot, and fresh food out pretty quick, I wanted to shout this crew out and let it be known that for what they were working with, they killed it! And shout out to Melinda for really pushing to get food out quick and not letting the rush get to her head. Even had all the condiments and napkins in the bag! read more

Just awful, there drive through is incredibly slow. When I finally got to the window my tea only filled half the cup and had no ice. The lady said the ice had melted and I said that doesn't explain why the cup isn't full. She then ran off and I left. Also not all the way full on the fry's too. For almost 9 dollars for a single combo just awful. I'll stick too the Bojangles across the street for fast food. They are quick, accurate and cheaper. read more

This location was good and got our order right, quickly and friendly. People that leave 1 star reviews over fast food are a special kind of crazy, lonely, and angry. My only complaint would be the cleanliness, the floors had dirt all over and the countertops were covered in ketchup and soda stains. Keep hoping they will get better. Went inside to get a to go order praying it wouldn't get messed up like every drive thru order I get from there. Ordered my wife the new chicken mozzarella sandwich only to get home and find it to be a single with cheese burger. Wow. This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been at for a Wendy's. Was not even busy at 7pm. Drive thru order taker was extremely rude for no reason. Sat at the order box for 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Honestly shocked because I have lived all over the U.S. and never had an experience near as bad as this place. Took almost 30 minutes from the time I got in the normal drive thru line to the time I got my food. Very unprofessional. Something should be done about this place. I would give this location half a star if you could. Food was extremely slopped together as well after a 30 minute drive thru experience. read more

This Wendy's is so baller. The gang pulled up, we were HUNGRY, we ordered 60 chicken nuggets, 5 double bacon cheese burgers, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 4 large cokes. All of that was out in no time and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I love all of those workers. 10/10 Wendy's saved our lives read more

8/7/21 - lunch at Wendy's located at 5 Kingston Drive Daleville, VA 24083. Service was nonexistent for approximately 7 minutes even after asking two crew members twice (including the manager) behind the counter if anyone was waiting on counter customers. Finally a crew member appeared to ask if she could help. She struggled with the order because she had to reboot the system and un-jam the receipt printer three times. She repeated my order and it was correctly reflected on the monitor. She handed my order to me, then upon opening the bag it was different order - not even close. Carried it back into the store and was given another bag of food. Still not correct. In addition upon receiving the requested Order the cheeseburger was raw. Overheard other customers not receiving the correct order. Will not stop here again and recommend to others to avoid this Wendy's store. read more

A few months ago I stopped there and got a chicken sandwich & fries to go. When I got home (only 2 miles away) the food was cold, chicken was rubbery, & fries were dried up. I think I got a meal that was made a week before. Well, yesterday I thought I'd give them another chance. When I got home they had left the toppings and salad dressing for the Apple pecan salad out of my order. I called and talked to the manger. She didn't apologize but told me to stop by and they would give me another meal. Why should I trust them again? Someone, maybe the owner, needs to step up and do some housecleaning and supervision. read more

If you like to wait for food this is the place to go. I watched the same combo go out to three people that ordered after me. Granted I was able to stare at my burger and think about how enjoyable it would be to eat hot and fresh but no. When I asked about my food I was told they where waiting on fires. After this another order got there fries and they were able to enjoy the good life. Once my order finally had it all important fires the women at the register tried to give my food away to another customer. Now you must understand how hurt I was to see my food in the hands of another I made a dash to the counter and asked if I could please have my food. All in all the burger was semi warm and I don't feel like going through hassle of losing my food again and having to wait longer for new food so I wrote this review. I travel highway 220 almost every day and stop by this Wendy's at least once a week. Overall it's a pretty good place (I love the new Coke machine that allows you to mix up dozens of different flavor combos), but I have a couple of negative comments. One is that on a few occasions, when I've ordered the spicy chicken Caesar salad, it's been served with iceberg lettuce rather than Romaine, or with mixed lettuce. Once it was sliced tomatoes instead of their usual cherry tomatoes, and late one night it was mixed lettuce and about 15 cherry tomatoes instead if their standard 5. It was as if they were about to close and they just threw whatever they had left for the evening into my salad bowl. These things are odd but not really a major problem for me. A bigger issue is that the tile floors are uniformly slippery, with an oily or greasy feel. I can't tell if it's the cleaning product they use or if they've just gotten greasy and they don't clean them well. Today, as I rounded a corner on my way to the restroom, I slipped and nearly fell at a super slick spot. I mentioned it to one of the kids behind the counter, so they probably addressed that, but they really should consider doing something about the overall slipperiness of their floors. read more
