(not my first either with this branch) When clearly this particular restaurant has had many people unhappy with it. Then I was sent a link to a survey for Jessica which didn't work. Reviews are important and I do not take this lightly. I worked in CS for over 40 years. When the people who read this and employees, maybe they should think a bit about how people should be treated who are spending money with their business. Around the time promised, my doorbell rang and a very courteous young lady handed me a nicely wrapped Sub with the receipt attached to the bag containing it. When I opened the Footlong Sub which was well-wrapped in their trademarked wrapping paper, it looked amazing with the generous portions of meats and toppings which I had asked for. However, I immediately noticed that the bread was stale. So much so that when I held half of the Sub the bread was so dry and leathery that it broke into pieces. What a pity I thought to myself because everything else about it was wonderful and delicious. But the bread being that way took away from the dining experience being the best. I hope both the owner of this franchise and corporate read this review and take action to see that this doesn't happen again. It's the first time it has happened to me at a Subway before, yet in a way it has completely changed my perception of the brand. That is why little details like this one that don't even cost much to have been replaced, make the big difference.
