Stopped by this Bojangles around 7pm on a Saturday, well before their 10pm closing time. We pulled into the drive-thru, started our order... and were told they were completely out of fries. If they were truly out, it's wild that they wouldn't restock from another Bojangles only 7 miles away. Instead, we had to drive to that one ourselves -- which is exactly where we're headed now. Disappointing experience, especially for such a basic menu item. Hopefully management tightens up operations so customers don't have to go on a fry run to another store. read more

i have gone through the drive thru and this has happened on TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. i ask for a cajun #1 with borounds make LARGE and DR PEPPER i pay, i wait a hot minute for my food then i get SWEET TEA (that isn't that sweet at all shameful this is the south yall are a southern food chain) and why is my bo-rounds regular and my DR PEPPER is a tea not sweet NOT LEGENDARY like their cups say. read more

The food and service here is great. I love having a Bojangles close by. The workers are always moving with a purpose and do what they can to make it all a great experience. Bo Rounds are amazing! Food was good but service is severely lacking. Went through the drive thru spending just over $18.00 for a sandwich, 2 fries, 2 drinks, and a small pinto beans. When I asked for a side of ranch I was literally told "you didn't order chicken strips so we cannot give you a dipping sauce." No need to argue over that kind of ignorance....just wont return to your store. Last $18 spent there. I drove over from CLifton Forge Va. to this Bogangles in Daleville. I have to say there very fast in the service. If you go inside there very friendly also. And the chicken is good and i just have never had a better biscuit than the ones i get in my orders. It is very worth the drive to get that 8 piece tailgate special. This was my first experience with a Bojangles and most likely my last if it represents the chain as a whole. An hour before closing (9 P.M.), and every trash can is covered so that patrons can't use them, the fountain drink machine was completely empty of anything but water, and and cleaning supplies are strewn about as if the employees were suddenly kidnapped in the middle of their work. The food was decent and the Bo-berry biscuits were fantastic. I was not able to try their tea due to a lack of beverages. And the man who took our order was very nice. If the manager of this Bojangles reads these, hire less staff for the closing shift. At least three of them were just standing around talking. And make clear that the customers experience should not be compromised due to the hour at which they are getting their food. It is a shame, I was very excited. read more

This place is jarring, didn't even eat here because upon walking in there is garbage everywhere, behind the counter was a disgusting mess, and the woman in line in front of us was being patronized by one of the employees. The thought of eating food being handled in that environment was nauseating. Turned around and walked out, passing by four bags of trash on the side of the building as we left. read more

I've been to this Daleville Bojangle's countless times. It's always been good quality, good service, and quick. Those are pretty much all the things you want to see in a fast food restaurant. Says they close at 10pm but they close at 9pm. Drove out of my way to get some Bojangles. Then I saw the reviews this store already has.

We come in and ladies try to use the bathroom before ordering. We ask for toilet paper and get attitude. After the employees finish their conversation about graduation and all they take our orders. We have to repeat ourselves over and over. There is no team work at all in this place. Employees arguing about what they will and won't do. It was just all around horrible. Also, it's lunch. No chicken breasts and nobody asked for more to be put down. Literally the only piece of chicken I eat.... hair nets and gloves wouldn't kill them. read more

Ok just saw the ice machine fall apart on a lady...hit her in the face. The manager came out and gave a sideways sorry before frantically trying to put the machine back together after I saw the slime in the machine I saw why. I have become very unsatisfied with this location. The only reason it gets two stars is because it is clean. Service has gotten bad. Basically the last time I went in a bunch of teenagers were running it that night and they were goofing around more than anything and the back line was very inefficient. We ordered two biscuits and Bo rounds. The Bo rounds were not ready yet(no big deal) and they said they would bring them to our table when they were done(sure, no problem) but 10 minutes go by and we finish our biscuits and still, no Bo rounds. Had to go back up to ask for them and they had been totally forgotten. This location needs new management and or fire some workers. It's a restaurant, not a playground. read more

Great employees, lots of smiles and great service, however, I did get sick a couple of times eating the chicken salad and the BBQ sandwich. Later learned from an employee, that the cooks aren't too clean. They use gloves but taste the batter by putting their fingers in the batter and licking it from the gloves, but never change their glove. read more

This is by far the WORST choice of restaurant in Daleville. Every time I go there, they mess up my order. Inevitably something is left out, over cooked, under cooked or just plain wrong. I just spent almost $40 on 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides and 6 biscuits. I get to the window and they're out of cole slaw so I choose dirty rice instead. I ask for jelly and she gives me 3 packs. I ask, can I have more, I have 6 biscuits. Get home AND THERE ARE NO FREAKING BISCUITS!! I'm done. Never again. I should've driven across town to KFC. I've even been there before, sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes only to be told they're out of chicken. WHAT?!?? How is a chicken store out of chicken???? Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. There are many very good restaurants in Daleville to choose from. Bojangles is a JOKE. I usually stop at Bojangles when I'm heading south. I won't stop at this one again. Seriously you make chicken. You can't cook it long enough. The leg was raw. The batter wasn't even fully fried.
