She is one of the most motivated, compassionate, and genuinely kind employees we've encountered. Every interaction we've had with her has been positive. She treats people with respect, has a great attitude, and genuinely seems to care about the people she interacts with. Employees like Siah deserve recognition because kindness and compassion can make a bigger difference in someone's day than they may ever realize. From management down to the frontline employees, this location is consistently well run. Orders are usually ready on time, communication is good, and even when they're busy, everyone works hard to keep things moving. The food has also consistently been fresh, hot, and made correctly. Whether it's chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, fries, or Texas toast, we've always been happy with the quality. When I arrived at Zaxbys for an early dinner I had no idea how it would be. From the outside, the restaurant's building looked clean and inviting. Cars already were driving up to the drive through window and putting in their orders. And a few people were dining inside as well. I noticed that the windows and the glass door were very clean, and this fact gave a nice first impression of the restaurant. Once inside, I noticed the cleanliness of the place and contemporary, comfortable furniture: booths as well as tables and chairs. The color combination of gold and black made the place look elegant yet relaxed. The decor was minimalist with a wide screen color TV and a few signs decorating the walls, and a nice lighting treatment that came down from the black ceiling above. When I arrived to the ordering counter, I noticed all the employees were working very motivated and with a purpose, all doing their assigned duties enthusiastically. A young lady up front greeted and welcomed me with a smile and seemed very happy to hear that this was my first time here. She gave me some time to review the menu that was placed where all fast food restaurants have them. I ordered the Zaxseas Surf & Turf combo, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert. The order was efficiently taken and I paid with my credit card. It contained 3 Chicken Fingerz, 8 Shrimp with Zaxtail sauce, Texas Toast, Crinkkle fries, and a small drink of Dr. Pepper. Everything in the order came out so fresh and hot. The Chicken Fingerz were crunchy in the outside and juicy and tender in the inside. Same with the Shrimp. The Fries were also very well fried and freshly served. And the sauces were amazingly delicious. As I was leaving, I saw who seemed to be the manager seated at a table interviewing a young lady. I didn't want to interrupt, otherwise I would have told him how well he was running this restaurant. I just had an amazing dining experience here and this was only my first time. And so I researched a little about it and I found out that it's a family-owned and operated business where with a passion for Chick-fil-A and a desire to provide their guests with more than just delicious, quality meals, but a "world class service, and gracious hospitality." Located on Orange Ave in the Bonsack area of Roanoke, Virginia, this Chick-fil-A officially opened on June 25th of 2015. It quickly won over the heart of the community through offering consistently great food, with fast and efficient service, by friendly and attentive staff, in a clean and family-friendly environment. It received a major renovation and reopened its doors on May 11th of 2023 with a modernized kitchen, enhanced dining layout, and streamlined drive-thru operations to handle peak hours. Since 2020, this location has become a major holiday landmark in the Roanoke Valley. Every winter, the restaurant team transforms the exterior and the surrounding hillside into a massive holiday display using over 100,000 Christmas lights. Motivating locals and from all-over to visit just to view the light show. Today I had the opportunity to dine there for the very first time to redeem my birthday reward that Chick-fil-A sent to my account in their app. I arrived around five-thirty in the afternoon and the place was already packed with two drive-thru lanes with employees delivering the orders to the cars in person. Inside I found a clean environment full of happy guests enjoying their food. At the ordering counter I was greeted and welcomed by a friendly young lady whom I explained about my birthday gift on the app and she graciously explained what I would do to redeem it. Then she proceeded to take my order. I ordered a Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich with a Medium Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, a Peach Milkshake, and a Birthday Gift of a Free Chocolate Chuck Cookie. After scanning my app to redeem my gift and obtain points to my Chick-fil-A One Membership account. My order was ready sooner that I expected and the items all were fresh and hot, with.the Peach Milkshake nice and cold. The Waffle Fries were amazing. The Chicken Filet of the sandwich was thick, warm, and juicy. The bun was fresh, soft, and hot. And the milkshake was tasty and refreshing.
