Only had stale coffee . Cook was unloading truck while waitress was standing around doing nothing. Also, the cooking area was a disgusting mess. Disappointing and not like Waffle House back home. read more

We came in right at shift change. There was no one to take our order and no one willing to take our order. Finally someone said she would do it before she left. Well, apparently she told the chef the wrong thing and we didn't get our blueberry waffles. Service was lacking and after we were done a man came in from the parking lot and started cleaning that didn't appear to be staff at Waffle House. Over all really shady business and we felt uncomfortable here with our two small children. They only got the 3 stars because even though the food was wrong it was good and the restaurant was cleanish. read more

The waffle house is always good. It is always consistent. Nothing beats their omelettes and waffles. No other place can fix omelettes and waffles as good as the waffle house. Only place left with the jukebox. It stands alone as a cool retro restaurant. The only reason I didn't give it five stars as they really need to do better with To Go orders. The waffle house has started putting on a recording that they will not take to go orders. This is not cool I am handicap and sometimes I need to have a to go order. They told me they don't do to go orders a lot of times because people will call and then not pick up the food. Use a call-center have people pay for the order before they pick it up this is 2023 figure out a way to get people to go orders quickly. read more

Our name was taken quickly and we were seated after a small wait. All the staff was wearing masks and we saw tables being disinfected after use. Food was delicious and fresh! read more

We've stopped in a couple times on trips along 81. Seth and the crew run a good store. Feels like a family, without lots of interpersonal drama. It was like the waitress was unhappy to be there. We had to wait a really long time for our food. She said I'll be right back to pick this up, which made you think it was for the check. I understand that this is a new location, with that being said, I hope they work out the kinks. It was crowded, staff stood around while customers waited for tables to be cleared. One server chatted with her friend while she literally counted down the minutes until her shift was over. The food was okay. Whatever you do, dont pull in this place! We found out what the "new" waffle house has in store. If like or well adjusted to musty cigarette smell, sticky/dirty tables then youre in the place for you. Im not sure how hard it is to make FRESH sweet tea but theirs has to be about 6 weeks old. And at 2 bucks a pop, totally wasted 5 drinks worth. My husband got a soda and NEVER got a refill. Once the supposed hats of hearing waitress took our forbidden order, she sat at the other end of the bar running off at the mouth about how much she made in tips. Kind of hard to believe because all 5 orders were made wrong due to no fault of the new cook but to our waitress! She would tell the cook what she THOUGHT she heard from us instead of teaching her to read the ticket. Our meals slowly roll in and 1 after another, had to be remade! All of em except 1 and it was wrong as well but he was so hungry, he ate it. We order burgers and yet theres no damn mayo. Elyssa said customers NOW had to ask for mayo. No, no they dont either. All waffle house sandwiches and burgers, come with lettuce, Tom, onions, 2 pickles and 1 pack of mayo! Its a standard rule dumbass! Also, we werent sure if she was hard of hearing or not. She was a younger girl but seemed to ask us to repeat alot of what we said. Lastly, my husband steak came out. Now we didnt expect much for ol waffle house but what we got was an embarrassment to the dollar tree prepackaged steaks you can buy! And it was half raw! After dropping 60 bucks, leaving hungry and thirsty, this chick wants to ask if our meal was alright. Um hell no it wasnt and i told her that! She never said a word! Just got snippy! So a massive complaint WILL be filed and it will be notated that their staff is properly trained whether they have a disability or not! read more

Waffles were wonderful. Burger patty was overcooked and dry. The burger itself was lukewarm. One egg yolk was broken when served. Toast was pre toasted and cold when served. Chili was cold. Probably mixed up with "chill-y" Added cheese to hash browns (when it wasn't ordered) and still served it to us. read more

The food quality is ok but not great, also the restaurant messed up my order every time I go here. They even forgot my sister hashbrowns and eggs (also the egg was in the name of the meal). But the workers there are very nice and they even gave me a hat. read more

They are new and going to have growing pains. But here it is: The staff hustled. They ran. No doddling. I didn't like receiving parts of my meal. They brought one part and then found out the cook was having 'issues with eggs'. I want my meal together. You can't fault a staff that is working their hardest. Our experience was really bad when we arrived there were no customers all the waitress and cooks were huddled in a group no one greeted us the table we sat at was dirty had to ask to get it cleaned the manager did not acknowalge us he must of had a cold because he keep coughing when we did get our food the manager served it with the same hand he was covering his mouth with when he was coughing food was lukewarm didn't eat any do to the coughing issue just paid the check and left. We will not be back. Although the food was fine the service was unprofessional. I know it's not an upscale restaurant but when you hear the staff talking loudly about how someone left dishes out all night long and how someone left the back room a mess it makes your mind go places you hate to think of when your eating. When our waitress brought our food she asked if we needed anything else and we said "our waffle" knowing they also forgot to put gravy on my husbands eggs. Never got refills on coffee or ever received our waffle. She brought our check and had forgot about the waffle again. My husband reminded her and she said it was back there and she could box it to go.
