What we really enjoyed was the simplicity of the restaurant: it had simply some wax paper to eat off of alongside these massive burgers that were very tasty and, of course, the fries to go along with it. It just made for very easy cleanup and an easy sort of at-home-made vibe. Overall the service was quick. There was quite a bit of variety on the menu. The burgers were tasty, as were the other ingredients, and the buns were toasted very lightly into perfection. In general these were awesome burgers and fries. We had a really wonderful experience so hopefully you will as well

A few of the misses: frozen and not hand-cut fries, the kiosk ordering was not clear and instead of a burger with the desired toppings, we ended up with the two things we didn't want. A nice size and tasted fresh and hot. The only thing I didn't like was that the bread seemed to have been toasted with butter. I can do without the extra fat so it's something I have to remember to mention when I visit this establishment again. It doesn't take away from the rating, but worth mentioning and if you like to watch your fat intake. I prefer bacon so I rather cut back on the buttered toasted bread. The place was also clean so overall a good experience. I hope that others that are closer to me are as good as well.

Service is quick and efficient. Staff are helpful. Vibes were my favorite part of the experience--musical throw backs to songs from 2015 were the jam. Light rock, pop songs, all the good high school jams that took me back. We got Double BBQ Bacon Char, double cheeseburger, Sweet Potato Fries, fries, onion rings and fried string beans. Food was decidedly mediocre and nothing to ever return for. Burgers are low quality--super dry and tasteless meat. Zero flavor. You need a ton of trimmings to make it palatable. Regular double cheeseburger was a miss. Double bbq char burger was a tiny bit better thanks to the bacon and fried onions that gave the sad burger some texture and flavor. The bun added nothing, so I'd skip it and get the lettuce wrap instead. Regular Fries were soggy and bland. Skip. Sweet potato fries were the highlight of the meal in terms of quality--super light and not at all greasy. Pleasant surprise. I'd order them again. Fried string beans were meh. Too much batter.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. The food, though, was the real star. The burger was cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and made fresh to order. You can taste the quality in every bite. The toppings were crisp, the bun was soft yet held everything together, and the overall balance was spot on. The sides didn't disappoint either--the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. What really stood out, however, was the consistency and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, the team kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or service. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Under the watchful eye of Mike, Manny, and Gianna, it's clear that this location takes pride in what they do. If you're in the Hamilton area and looking for a great burger experience, run don't walk, this spot is absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be coming back.
