The worst Mcdonalds I have ever drive through. Do not come here. Takes forever and it is poorly managed. Please save yourself the trip.

The food was good but the service was poor. Hope my cashier had a better day after I left!

I tried to get help and information on their protocols/policies when a customer falls and gets hurt . I asked for this particular locations phone number, and everyone's response (including the manager on duty) was "I don't know it" or "We don't have any policies" ... Sadly I am yet another victim of this McDonald's. I too had a very complex order. Too complex for the pea brained employees. (Number 2 with a strawberry banana smoothie). I sat at the window for a solid 5 minutes looking at my entire order sitting on the counter. By the time the idiot came to the window and handed me my food it was cold and my smoothie had melted. They weren't busy. There was no one behind me in the drive through. I hate this McDonalds. ALSO THEY DONT OPEN AT 5 am apparently so don't come here at 5, unless the employees are just being lazy again. They couldn't even give me a fountain soda, there response was "we don't have that". Unbelievable. Edit Yet again another complex order that couldn't be filled in a timely manner. I ordered 2 hash browns. I was told to pull up and park and they would be out in a minute. I waited a solid 15 minutes before walking inside and asking what was taking so long. The idiots running the show all looked at each other shocked and started throwing blame at each other on who "forgot" to bring it out. Just another day in the neighborhood at Lakewood McDonald's. Edit You all might ask why I keep coming back here and honestly I don't know. However I was once again treated like shit by this McDonald's. I ordered 2 apple pies and I was told they don't sell that. I thought it was strange and even repeated back "you don't sell those anymore". I was told no. So I ordered something else and pulled up to the window. I again questioned the employees when they stopped selling apple pies and I was told "we have them but you'd have to wait 5 minutes for it". I live very close to this McDonalds, so going here is strictly out of convenience. This McDonalds is by far the worst one ever! The service is slower then getting molasses from a tree in the middle of winter. The "workers" are not the slightest bit friendly, most of the time they do not even acknowledge the fact that you're even there. The fact that I do not frequent any McDonalds that often, every time I go back to this one, I hope it's changed for the better...no such luck! I guess it's true, you definitely get what you pay for! My family and I left the restaurant Turning Point due to the long wait, so we decided to grab something "quick" at the nearest McDonald's. When we entered, the place was nearly empty, and now I see why. While ordering, I observed a lack of professionalism. Employees shouting from across the room to one another, they were running around the kitchen area laughing. The manager ( fat lady with long horsehair) did not seem to mind that the employees were not doing their job. After 15 minutes of waiting for our order, I told my husband to get refunded because it was clear that we were not going to get our food. When we asked for a refund, all we got back was the attitude from the manager and her " employees." When asked to provide us her name, she refused and stated that she didn't have to provide it. This McDonald's is the best McDonald's in town! Drive thru open up at 530 am and I'm typically there at that time. The manager that opens a couple of days a week is so friendly and moves very quick. Thankful that I live right around the corner. read more

i work at the walgreens across the street and got off work at 10 and decided for the first time since i started working there that i wanted to try that mcdonald's, and holy crap it was the best big mac i have ever had in my life, whoever was assembling the burgers on 8/24/21 at 10 pm deserves a raise, and that's just the burger not even mentioning the fries that were fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy. i've been to a decent amount of mcdonald's but i've never been this satisfied with my regular order of a big mac meal with extra pickles and extra mac sauce. read more

Came here to eat with my wife. Ordered a large soda. When I went to the dispensing machine none of the Soda's were working. When I asked the Manager about it he said they were out of soda and I should have been told when I ordered and refunded my money. Very poor training. read more

Unbelievable. - 1 : Unreasonably long waiting time - 1 : Rudeness of employees - 1 : Incompetence of employees - 1 : Food Quality Staff was unbelievably rude. They were throwing me an attitude while I was ordering, acting as though my order was so bothersome and complex. #2, Large with a Coke. It's not like I'm asking you to make every part of my order from raw ingredients. Showed up to the window after like 15 minutes and realized I was short on cash so I asked if I could split cash and credit. She flat out and quite rudely said "I'm not doing that.", so I payed it all on a card. I got my order and it turned out to be wrong. When i told them, they snatched the bag back from me as though it was my fault. When I finally got my order I had the decency to say "thank you, have a good night". And this woman scoffed. I get you hate your job and you're working a late night, don't take it out on me. I got home and opened the bag to find such subpar and mediocre food, which is saying a lot considering its McDonald's. The fries are cold and saggy with oil, the bread on the cheeseburgers is stale and the food altogether tasted as though it was prepared in the morning. Horrible experience. Not going to lie. It's quite bothersome if I can find a McDonald's in MANHATTAN where the food and employee service would be better at this time of the night. Stop picking the cream of the crap and try hiring people with a personality, some level of intelligence, and basic human manners and decency. This is the worst McDonald's in the world. I can't tell you how many times I was late to wherever I was going bc of their drive through. Ive been asked to pull over and wait in a spot on multiple occasions and wait for my order!!! I've had to leave the line several times before paying bc it was that slow. Sadly I like a few items and this one is the closest one to me. Most places will give you a coupon or credit for your next visit if you wait that long...not this joint. I was just here, 6/7/2018 940pm arrived at the drive thru and ordered i french fries and a burger waited almost 25 minutes outside and nothing drove around went inside and left without my food because nobody did care to help me!
