I recently saw on this pages instagram that they now have cooper sharp cheese as an option for their steaks, and this is my favorite type of cheese for a cheesesteak. It just melts perfectly and tastes great. I ordered the Louie Original (which came with peppers and onions) and had the cooper sharp as my cheese. As soon as I opened my sandwich and looked at it, I knew it was going to be awesome. And it definitely was once I had my first bite. As far as service, they get a 4.8. For the cheesesteak, solid 3 for me. We stopped in on a Saturday in April but it was still packed. It was a little rubbery, bland and honestly for as long as the food took, cold. The cheese had kind of hardened from maybe sitting under a heat lamp? I don't usually add ketchup but felt the need to do so. My wife's chicken cheesesteak was also just kind of ok. The bread was great and I got the seeded roll, so it was nice it didn't collapse.
