This location is pretty typical of all McDonalds locations. The staff is about 50/50 on their customer service, orders are usually correct. Luke warm food just like any other McDonald's but with terribly slow service. Dined in and was not given my cup and had to stand at the counter for 15-20 minutes before anyone noticed me. It's so sad how restaurants like this really tend to neglect their front counters now. read more

I love this location! I live 15-20 mins from them and I do have a McDonald's closer to my house but they absolutely suck. So I make time to drive out and I know my coffee is going to be the best as they have never messed up my coffee once. Very sweet staff and over all a good vibe to be around. This place has really gone down hill. It used to be the reliable place to grab a quick meal. It is amazing how hard it is for them to read a screen and put the correct food in the bag almost every time. You have to hold up the line to check your bag or you will driving back up to get the rest of your order. They show why it should remain a minimum wage job at best. read more

Went thru the drive through at a slow time and ordered 2 filet of fish sandwiches, fries and a drink. first filet of fish was normal. Second filet of fish had almost nothing but a smidge of tarter sauce. You had to look close to see there was even an attempt at putting any sauce on it at all. I pulled around and went back through the drive through line a second time, showed the second window person my sandwich lacking any tarter sauce and she said it would be replaced, no apologies, nothing. the picture below is what I was given. There was tarter sauce all over and it got on me, on my steering wheel, all over my car. the sandwich was swimming in it! The girl/worker who brought it out to me after I had to wait again in line, gave it to me and with a smile said, "THIS ONE has tarter sauce on it.. I know because I made it MYSELF!" Tossed the bag with sandwich in it and walked back into the store. We will not be eating there again. I was not rude or anything when I showed them my sandwich. What else should i have done?? Pulled up to the drive through. Asked for ice cream and the machine be broken. Very disappointed smh my head. Went through again later for water cups(which are free) and they charged us for them. They were overfilled a lot and made a mess in my vehicle. Worst McDonald's ever. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. A few messed up orders every now and then, okay; human error. A longer than normal wait, okay everywhere is short-staffed so no big deal. Basically I've tried to be understanding and patient but what is going on now is I either incompetence or laziness. There is absolutely zero reason why the drive-thru or curbside is at a standstill for 20+ minutes during non-peak times especially if you're going to hand me cold food and fries that are room temperature and woody. If you don't want to run a curbside order out to the customers, at least make somewhat of an attempt to mask the attitude. I'm not saying that service should be with a smile and ass-kissing, but don't act like I'm this major inconvenience to you and all but throw my order at me. We all have bad days but this has been a repeat occurrence. If it's that bad, quit and work some place else. Also, it's pretty bad when they cannot be bothered to close the bag in windy and cold weather along with placing the fries on top so now room temperature fries are cold. This is common sense to close the bag! After last night: being brought over an open bag filled to the top, with the fries on top as usual, rather than use two bags , noticing the fries were cold, I tried to immediately call back the employee who brought the food over only for her to ignore me and run back inside and me not wanting to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru line to have them remake the fries and the rest of the room temperature food get cold, I simply left. Brand new building. But food is worse than ever. Have been 3 times since it opened. Breakfast: Egg Mcmuffin was hard as a rock and the cheese wasn't even melted. Lunch: Fries were raw chicken nuggets looked and tasted freezer burn. Dinner: Fries stale and lukewarm, Quarter Pounder had so much grease pouring from it, I had to wrap a napkin around.my hand. I am a fan of McDonald's, especially when traveling but when I stopped at their drive through and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and searched for something I could offer my 2 yr old granddaughter, a muffin, I discovered cheese on the sausage egg Mcmuffin, which I asked not to have on it and the muffin was ice cold...not room temperature, but straight from the cooler, too cold. read more

This place deserves a half star. The drive through window knew nothing about their discount policy. We had a coupon and that was the reason we stopped by. After we removed half our order just to be belittled by this employee we still got an attitude. The meal we did receive was the signature Swiss melt burger which was COLD not warm but cold.
