This location is pretty typical of all McDonalds locations. The staff is about 50/50 on their customer service, orders are usually correct. They are quite a bit slower during peak hours, not sure if they just are understaffed, or just slow, definitely avoid if you are in a hurry during peak lunch or dinner times https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g42748-d4959907-r553007658-McDonald_s-Tecumseh_Michigan.html# read more

Bad service, unreliable people. They don't know what they are doing. No communication, they rely only on their computer menus. They ignore you! Faster better service if they were robots! Not coming back that is for sure! read more

McDonald's - Large Diet Coke & Large Iced Tea - Burgers Near Me - Tecumseh, Michigan

I placed an order at counter and paid cash. After waiting at a table 30 minutes, with young children my order never got processed. I got a refund and left. I was very upset and disappointed read more

Would not go again. Manager and wait staff were rude and unprofessional. One of the wait staff went up and yelled at us for receiving an extra cup which she handed to us. When speaking with manager was accused of lying and stealing. read more

I love this location! I live 15-20 mins from them and I do have a McDonald's closer to my house but they absolutely suck. So I make time to drive out and I know my coffee is going to be the best as they have never messed up my coffee once. Very sweet staff and over all a good vibe to be around. Management at this location should be proud of the hard work they all put in! Great job guys and gals read more

Luke warm food just like any other McDonald's but with terribly slow service. Dined in and was not given my cup and had to stand at the counter for 15-20 minutes before anyone noticed me. It's so sad how restaurants like this really tend to neglect their front counters now. read more

Quick service. I really like the coffee and the fries. Id rather get breakfast than the sandwiches. I really like the sweet tea also especially in the summertime. read more

McDonald's - Running late for camp using football perks for breakfast - Burgers Near Me - Tecumseh, Michigan

Food would be fine if they actually knew how to correctly take an order. Do not go here if you want everything you ordered.

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be the reliable place to grab a quick meal. It is amazing how hard it is for them to read a screen and put the correct food in the bag almost every time. You have to hold up the line to check your bag or you will driving back up to get the rest of your order. They show why it should remain a minimum wage job at best. read more

Simple order, Big Mac with bacon and everything on it large coke and large Diet Coke with ice, large fry. What I got: quarter pounder with only cheese and meat, large coke and Diet Coke, not marked only one straw and large fry. Like was SUPER LONG sat at ordering place for 5 minutes before they even answered!! read more

Went thru the drive through at a slow time and ordered 2 filet of fish sandwiches, fries and a drink. first filet of fish was normal. Second filet of fish had almost nothing but a smidge of tarter sauce. You had to look close to see there was even an attempt at putting any sauce on it at all. I pulled around and went back through the drive through line a second time, showed the second window person my sandwich lacking any tarter sauce and she said it would be replaced, no apologies, nothing. the picture below is what I was given. There was tarter sauce all over and it got on me, on my steering wheel, all over my car. the sandwich was swimming in it! The girl/worker who brought it out to me after I had to wait again in line, gave it to me and with a smile said, "THIS ONE has tarter sauce on it.. I know because I made it MYSELF!" Tossed the bag with sandwich in it and walked back into the store. We will not be eating there again. I was not rude or anything when I showed them my sandwich. What else should i have done?? Just accepted whatever they tossed together and eat it without any sauce after waiting in line and paying over $4 for it?? BTW.. I did not eat it. read more

McDonald's - This is a filet of fish sandwich with about 1/3 of a cup of tater sauce dumped on one side of the bun and overflowing all over the carton. - Burgers Near Me - Tecumseh, Michigan

This is the worst service by far!! Must be that common core education that screws up my order EVERY TIME! . How hard can working at McDonald's be?? Ordered a hot cakes meal this morning, and no pancakes? This place should be shut down until people with just a portion of their brain can function in a major corporate business. Way to go! read more

Pulled up to the drive through. Asked for ice cream and the machine be broken. Very disappointed smh my head. Went through again later for water cups(which are free) and they charged us for them. They were overfilled a lot and made a mess in my vehicle. Worst McDonald's ever. read more

Mason is the best... he was so patient with us on the 4th of July and made sure we had a great experience

Horrible customer service late night .. simple thing for the employee to do (split the payment two ways) she gave me attitude like I was making her do too much. She had no professionalism and had horrible customer service. It was on or around 10/16 around midnight, the 1st window spot. read more

The crispy chicken is so small!! It not even enough of a piece of chicken to feed a 2 year old I will never order another !!! what a shame for a 5$ piece of chicken you might as well get 2 mcchiickens !! McDonald's u should be embarrassed even to sell such a small premium sandwich!!! read more

Terrible, ordered our food and went up to the wrong window. We went back to ask for the food and they told us we had to wait for everyone else in the line and to go back around to get our food. When we got our food finally it was cold and wet for some reason, strongly advise anyone to not go her it is awful. read more

Waited about 15 min for our food the manager looked like he was only 18. And workers there have no communication skills

New building, same horrible service. Ordered mustard today and I received two small drops on the fish sandwich, which had the patty stuck half off the sandwich by the melted cheese. Last time I'm disappointed with this disappointment. read more

McDonald's - Horrible service - Burgers Near Me - Tecumseh, Michigan

If I could give a zero, I would. A few messed up orders every now and then, okay; human error. A longer than normal wait, okay everywhere is short-staffed so no big deal. Basically I've tried to be understanding and patient but what is going on now is I either incompetence or laziness. There is absolutely zero reason why the drive-thru or curbside is at a standstill for 20+ minutes during non-peak times especially if you're going to hand me cold food and fries that are room temperature and woody. If you don't want to run a curbside order out to the customers, at least make somewhat of an attempt to mask the attitude. I'm not saying that service should be with a smile and ass-kissing, but don't act like I'm this major inconvenience to you and all but throw my order at me. We all have bad days but this has been a repeat occurrence. If it's that bad, quit and work some place else. Also, it's pretty bad when they cannot be bothered to close the bag in windy and cold weather along with placing the fries on top so now room temperature fries are cold. This is common sense to close the bag! After last night: being brought over an open bag filled to the top, with the fries on top as usual, rather than use two bags , noticing the fries were cold, I tried to immediately call back the employee who brought the food over only for her to ignore me and run back inside and me not wanting to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru line to have them remake the fries and the rest of the room temperature food get cold, I simply left. It's become apparent that neither management or the employees care anymore. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Burgers raw, and the pony tail dude at the window after hours can't do anything . Can't pass the food out right , has no idea what you ordered. And get attitude when you all want is the food you paid for. read more

Brand new building. But food is worse than ever. Have been 3 times since it opened. Breakfast: Egg Mcmuffin was hard as a rock and the cheese wasn't even melted. Lunch: Fries were raw chicken nuggets looked and tasted freezer burn. Dinner: Fries stale and lukewarm, Quarter Pounder had so much grease pouring from it, I had to wrap a napkin around.my hand. Luckily there's Wendy's and Burger king. read more

The other reviews on here are not accurate. I've been to McDonald's all over Michigan and this one is one of the best.

You probably don't care about reviews or taste if eating here. It's McDonald's, garbage food at inflated prices. The saturated fat tastes as it should, so not bad. read more

they take forever to get your food, the time it takes to get through the line you would be able to go sit at a sit down dinner.

worst mcdonalds ever. i had to get up and throw my trash away BY MYSELF. horrible. worse than any mcdonalds ive ever been to. dont waste ur time here standing up to throw ur things away read more

I am a fan of McDonald's, especially when traveling but when I stopped at their drive through and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and searched for something I could offer my 2 yr old granddaughter, a muffin, I discovered cheese on the sausage egg Mcmuffin, which I asked not to have on it and the muffin was ice cold...not room temperature, but straight from the cooler, too cold. read more

This place deserves a half star. The drive through window knew nothing about their discount policy. We had a coupon and that was the reason we stopped by. After we removed half our order just to be belittled by this employee we still got an attitude. The meal we did receive was the signature Swiss melt burger which was COLD not warm but cold. Topping that off the fries were stale. read more

This McDonald's has really gone down hill over the last year. 20 minute wait times, in the lobby. Surly teens, clueless management and horrible ordering inaccuracies. My advice. If you want a quick hot meal? Keep driving. The headache and frustration isn't worth the cold French fries in your future... read more

The eating area smelt of eggs and the food was cold even though they had just cooked it. Very disappointed.

These people must really hate their lives because I don't think I've ever had a person be polite to me here. Worst service EVER!!!
