Absolutely disgusted with this store and its employees!!! Then after talking with a couple local residents I'm glad I didn't get the food. I pre ordered my food on the mobile app giving plenty of time to prepare my food. Then sat in line forever waiting for my food then once I got in line was told to go wait. Like no that's why I pre ordered cause I didn't have time to wait another 10-15 more minutes. Then tried to cancel my order they said no already started to prepare so I left and tried calling in and was told no and hung up on. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she then "same person" gets back on phone and then says get over it it's only 10$ and hung up. read more

Then they asked us to pull forward, they couldn't give an estimate on how much longer. We only ordered 2 hashbrowns, and 2 sausage McMuffins with egg. No apologies for the wait. What is going on at this location. Ive been to this location 4 times in 6 weeks. Every order is wrong or missing items. Ive been lied to twice as recently as this morning. Ive had to go in twice to fix orders. The manager just stands there like it isn't her problem. I didnt order anything special. All standard menu items. 2 SEC and 1 hashbrown this morning. The girl looked in the bag and repeated the order. Get down the road. No hashbrown. This is lack of leadership and theft. They weren't busy when I got there. 3 cars in a multi windows location. The service here is always bad and slow. Orders consistently wrong or it takes forever to get your food. The crew just stands around, on there phones, picking there nose, with gloves on. You notice these things when you're waiting an hour inthe lobby for your food! Oh and no sence of urgency from the crew or management. Then when you ask what's taking so long, you get excuses. Hey, i get it, we all get busy at work but if you can't fix the issues that make those bad days, guess what, nothing will change. The team work needs a lot of work. When I moved to this area a year ago this location was amazing! Great customer service and fast, fresh and hot food. The service started to fall off after the best of the staff relocated to the new store on Waddell and Cotton. Just about every time I visit the Peoria store it's always new people and my order is missing items or cold disgusting tasting food. Rude and disrespectful young women in the drive thru! I don't eat fast food often, and today was a perfect reason why. I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget. I got home (7 min from the place) and to say disappointed isn't an accurate description. They looked like and had the consistency of nuggets that were cooked sometime yesterday....they weren't fresh at all, and were even cool to the touch. McDonald's - Drive thru at 9:50am 3/10/2024. - Burgers Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

There's a new McDonald's in Surprise and opening day was yesterday. Located in the shopping center with Safeway (also newly built). It has a two lane ordering system in the drive thru like most newer locations do. Parking lot is pretty good size and we didn't have any difficulty getting in or out. The drive thru was long so we parked and went inside. The location is not too big, but had a good amount of seating. There are more Oder yourself kiosks than there are employees taking your order which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. I'd prefer person to person, but with Lon lines it could help. The location was clean and when we received our food service was pleasant. Hopefully it stays this way. There's not much around this area. It is located right off the 303 and Peoria so definitely a quick stop on your travels. read more

From step 1 to step 10 Ms. Esmeralda took her time going over all the menu items, answered all of my questions, and gave me an impeccable dining experience; the service I received was "Exemplary". Slow and clueless service. They have two windows for pick up. They use the second to push you off to the side to fraud the drive thru timers. Used mobile order and they pushed me to the second window to wait 12 more minutes. During that time I had two employees ask me what I was waiting for. Then another coming bring me the wrong order. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. It's like they built it to keep people away. You HAVE TO order your food from a kiosk or a phone app, and there is no soda fountain so you have to ask one of the burger fryers to refill your drink for you. I had low hopes to begin with, but this place is depressing. Update 07/22. Tried to give them one more try due to its proximity to my home. Went through the drive thru - could not get my order correct. Was asked to park and come inside to order. The young girl at the counter was very polite and took my order. When I was handed my food the "manager" threw the food on the counter. I then asked for my drinks to which she replied I am busy! I then asked for a refund to which she told me she was not going to do. I asked to speak with someone else who came up and processed my refund. I find it interesting that their phone number is also now disconnected. Bad look McDonald's I keep trying to give this location a try as it is right up the street from my house but everytime I am disappointed. Our order is never correct, I always ask if they have included the things requested such as sauces and they are never in the bag. Normally I get a sausage patty and a side of scrambled eggs. Today I was told that they could not sell them to me, that they have never sold them like that and I am mistaken. My friend and I went to this mcdonald's location. We ordered 2 spicy mc chicken and 2 mc chickens. Opened the bag and our sandwiches were not even wrapped. Absolutely worst customer service, i came to this McDonald's to get my grandma some food because she is disabled. I asked for a mc chicken but they told me a mc chicken was a hot and spicy and I wasn't quite understanding why it had "mc chicken" on the menu so i proceeded to ask why is it there? and some other employee had to unnecessarily correct me with the worst attitude, as if the other employee was un-capable of telling me that. Then the original lady proceeded to take the rest of my order with attitude. Then when I went to the window to get my order the food was unbelievable cold. What a terrible place! This is the worst McDonald's in Arizona consistently everyday. It's as if they try their best to be the worst, and the first thing they think about when they wake up is more ways to not work at work. As a DoorDasher I have begun to decline any and all orders from this McDonald's no matter if they offer 3 times the normal rate. It's always an extra hour and a half wait, and so slow. read more

The service and treatment by the employees at this location is by far the worst we have received anywhere ever. We have given them multiple chances and time to get their issues corrected but they are actually getting worse. The drive thru line doesn't even move, so when we place our mobile order we have to go in every time and it's still a 30 minute wait at MINUMUM for a basic order- today was just an egg McMuffin, hash brown and an iced coffee. Over 30 minutes AFTER placing it online? Really?? And they refused to give us our order inside, demanded we go through the drive thru which didn't move, and then sat there with no one making the order when we got to the window - yet we could see they have people in the kitchen but no one would start making our order. And then on top of all that, they THREW the food at us. Seriously? Who owns this location? This is BAD for the McDonald's franchise and should be embarrassing to the owner. McDonald's should take away this franchise as the owner is not providing any standard of service here. I would give a ZERO or NEGATIVE star review if I could. We will never use this location again, as we have had it and they have had plenty of time to get their act together. What a shame. I wanted to add that the staff is also not up to par as far as hygiene and cleanliness, which is concerning since they are cooking and handling food.
