After inquiring about it we were told that they had a 30 sandwich box they were working on. We sat down realizing we'd be waiting. More customers arrived and placed orders. After another 20 minutes I received a notice that our order was ready. At the counter they said that they had not started our order yet. I double checked the address to make sure we were at the right one. After confirming it I went to the counter and asked to cancel my order and credit my prepaid order. The employee balked and said he didn't think that could happen. At that point the employee making the sandwiches said that he would start my order, and did I still want it. I said if he would start right then, I will keep my order. More people were coming in placing orders. Others sitting waiting were saying "I've been waiting 30 minutes. I placed my order 40 minutes ago." Our order was completed and they bagged it up. When we got back home we realized they had LEFT OFF ONE OF THE SANDWICHES. I will be heading back there today for a credit. This was a nightmare, and how they continued to take orders while working on THREE 30 piece boxes is beyond me. Irresponsible that they continued taking orders, not communicating to customers that they would be waiting for an hour for their orders. One of the absolute worst experiences we've had from ANY restaurant. Terrible management. We do like the sandwiches there, and will go elsewhere moving forward.

It seemed like the employees enjoyed the loud music and were not very mindful of the guests. I asked for it to be turned down, but it was only lowered slightly. We were also the only table eating in at the time. The açaí bowl was overly sweet and frozen on the bottom. I would prefer no added sugar beyond the honey listed in the description, but it tasted like there was added sugar in the fruit or base. I do not think this place is very healthy as I suspect very high added sugar content. The Mediterranean bread was good, but the garlic artichoke bread was very salty. I also ordered a blue lavender drink and was disappointed. The lavender was too strong and the drink did not taste balanced. Overall, I like the idea of this place, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere need improvement. It was also expensive for what we got -- almost $64 with tip for two orders of bread, two drinks, and one açaí bowl. We likely won't be returning.

This is about the BURIEN LOCATION: This place has the worst person and employee "KELLY THE MANAGER". I was there today, August 29th 2020 at 5:30 pm, i made an order online, it was ready to be picked up and I already paid for it. I was parked at the mobile order spot for 10 minutes and nobody came out I went to the drive thru and tell them that I had an order already paid and ready to be picked up. The way this person answered was totally disrespectfull, she raise her voice at me saying that there was not order with that number on the system and she cant do anything. Again, this was already paid in my app and ready to be picked up! I told her i will show her at the window my app with confirmation thinking that somebody will be able to help me after showing proof in the app. At the window I finally met the disgusting person I spoke in the microphone " KELLY THE MANAGER " she is the most disrespectfull, unprofessional, rude and disgusting employee I have ever talk to. She again raise her vocie at me saying the same thing, simply her system didnt have the order and she won't do it. I showed her my app and the email I received with my receipt. Both of them showing the order number, the amount, the address, the time, etc. She denied to see it, she repeat she wont see it, she didnt need to see it and that she just won't do it. I asked her if she coudl just make the order for me with the proof that I have in my app and my bank account also because my money was already gone!!!!! I think i dont have enough words on how to describe the terrible experience and how bad and furious this woman made me feel. This KELLY is totally unprofessional because a good manager, a good person or even just someone that has good customer service will try to do everything that is on their hands to help and satisfy a customer. Lady, if I or somebody asks for help and you are in charge, in first place show respect to whoever you are speaking with and second satisfy and help the customer because thats that position you are getting paid for. And if somebody shows you proof that their money was already taken by the company, verify and again HELP AND BE RESPECTFULL TO THE PEOPLE. KELLY IS A "WHITE" SKIN PERSON WITH HALF DARK HAIR AND BLOND (WITH HER MONEY). If you go to this location and speak with a woman that has the courage to raise her voice to customers and disrespectful IS HER! So don't even ask for the manager in there!!! read more

I would just like to start off with: TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!! I witnessed some manager on employee abuse go on the other day and I was at loss of words. This is NOT okay.
