No one would take my order at the register. This young woman was attempting to help me at the kiosk but she was moving too fast and was not polite at all. She was rushing me and I couldn't look at the screen before she was tapping. In the end when I finally got my small order, the large fries were not full. I can give or take this location but, it's the closest one we live too. The staff is usually rude and the orders take forever to be prepared. A few times they refused to take the promocodes from the McDonalds App. The location is newer and prettier than other McDs on the island though. For some reason, this location always manages to give less than the amount of food ordered. To be fair, I notice a lot of McDs would give you less than you ordered including a medium sized half empty large fry container. The drive through lines are always super packed here. read more

As others have already stated, this is a pretty dreadful example of McDonald's, which-granted-is not a 3 star Zagat rating to begin with. The bathroom doors are locked and they only unlock them grudgingly, even after you've purchased something. They don't dispense condiments for some odd reason, and I honestly didn't want to stick around to discover the rationale behind this seemingly inexplicable decision. I wouldn't go so far as to label this the "worst" example of this chain-there are undoubtedly even worse locations, if you can believe that-but it is pretty execrable, all things considered. read more

Not a bad place especially if you're doing small group business meetings here on weekday mornings like today (and it is snowing! ). Interesting neighborhood personalities here. The employees are very rude. They lie about the opening and closing time. The employees pocket the cash at the end of the night on orders. There is no management. Half of the time their intercom doesn't work, so you have to order at the window causing a huge delay. They offer NO benefits for customers waiting this long. The place is a complete mess and they honestly do not care for the customer. Yelp and other sites will say they are open and the employees (who are inside the store) will tell you they are closed and there's nothing they can do to resolve your issue. Hands down the worst McDonald's franchise I've been to. I have and will continue to make calls to corporate, because this is my local fast food place and every single time; there is an excuse as to why I can't order what I want. This McDonald's is the worst. I ordered a coffee on the new kiosk inside however I didn't get a receipt. I went to the counter and asked if they received an order for one coffee. I was told no by a middle eastern possibly Indian female. So I order my coffee again. The next morning I realized that I was in fact charged for two coffees. The next day I go back to the same McDonald's and explain what happened the previous day to the same female. She then refers me to the manager. The manager tells me that I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge. I told the manager that the charge was $1.09. I just want my coffee. Then I had to wait 30 , mins for them to make it. Milk no sugar. I get to work and it's made wrong with tons of sugar. I'm done with this McDonald's. read more

Possibly the worst run McDonalds. App doesn't work and no one there knows anything about it. Self order machines rarely working properly. Horrible redesign makes customer service area tiny and crowded. Always one or two guys begging at the door. Don't bother coming here... Actually, please do come here for a foreign country experience! Almost all the staff working here are Indian looking ( or Pakistan, I can't distinguish between the two, sorry...). And you can tell because of their accents and they will make sure that you feel like you are in another country. They will impatiently take your orders, sometimes yelling to the ones behind them in their own language, dump the food on the counter and expect you to scram. They will charge you for a cup of hot water, but apparently they don't want you to have it no matter what! And yes, I did once request a cup of hot water here for my medicines; and yes, I did expect it to be free and request it after getting my order, guess my bad on that one?! So a guy poured me a cup of hot water and dump it on the counter, before I could react, another guy yelled at me saying that cups ain't free and immediately threw the cup into the trash... Why couldn't the guy just explain and gave me time to pull out my wallet... And the staff didn't even know how much they should charge for a cup of hot water, $1.79 initially, then at the end of his sentence, it became $2... McDonalds, you should really put "Hot water" on your menu to avoid such confusion among your staff! Wasn't expecting restaurant level service from a McDonalds...I just wanted to be treated, at the very least, as a customer... but instead I was treated like a bum! read more

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds experience, not once but TWICE. First time, I tried to get a big mac and fries. At 11:15. On A Sunday! Apparently I am some kind of infidel for not going to church but doing laundry. When every other restaurant was serving lunch they were on breakfast until much later. So I left HUNGRY. I complained to the customer service number and spoke to the supervisor, who sent me coupons for a free big mac and fries. Three months later, I am like it's a different shift, it would be nice. After what seems like ten minutes go by with the trainee, trying to figure out how to ring up said coupon. I would think if this is the coupon corporate sends out, they would try to handle it faster. Finally RANA (horrrible evil vicious cheap prick) tells me I can't use them because you can't use two at once. I guess a separate transaction is beyond his intelligence or skills. So guess what? I WALK OUT HUNGRY. AGAIN. After talking on the phone to customer service, guess what? They will send me more freaking useless coupons. RANA-- hope you get fired for having no people skills and cheapness beyond belief. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS HELLHOLE AGAIN and it will be a long, long time before I think about McDonalds.
