I've ordered breakfast from this location dozens of times during peak breakfast hours. This McDonalds is one of the cleanest facilities I've been to. The women's bathroom is always spotless and the same can be said about the rest of the customer facing area -- tables, floors, ordering counters, outside parking lot and store entrance. No trash overflowing and no fingerprints on the doors. Every orders I've made has been consistently filled accurately with no more than 5 minutes wait. I like how often I see the employees I've encountered genuinely pleasant and upbeat. You don't see that very often elsewhere. We ordered iced coffee with different modifications-- husband likes his with 5 creamers and extra caramel. Mine with one extra creamer and extra caramel. Both orders were filled accurately which we were both pleased. Many places give us the coffee as is during peak hours. I don't blame them when it happens but still. I look forward to returning again in the future when I am back in the area. BZ to all staff for the consistently outstanding job completed! read more

It's either low staff or incompetent staff , we waited 20 minutes for them to tell us there is no ice cream. If it's not the ice cream machine being "broke" or no ice cream in the machine , then I'm missing something from my order. Just tear it down and put another caines read more

Do not go to this McDonalds. I absolutely refuse to wait in line once the sun goes down. But I was hungry. You will only get a 40+ minute wait! I won't ever be back to this McDonalds. Cash only during the evening time. I take it the owner does not care as the reviews are terrible. read more

Serving time definitely needs to improve. Came here for breakfast and ordered via the kiosk thinking it will be faster and ended up waiting the longest! I hate (All) McDonalds...don't even classify the stuff they serve as "edible food". People feed this stuff to their kids daily...not good..AT ALL. This McDonalds was true to form. I had a group of teens in my car and they begged me to stop here. I suggested we go elsewhere (Five Guys)...but they said they were starving. And this is how it went: Me: "I'd like a #7, hold the onion on those 2 cheeseburgers." McDummy #1: "What you talkin' 'bout?" We don't sell 2 cheeseburgers." Me: "Well I see that you have it on you board as a #7." McDummy #1: "Hold on." **All of a sudden a new voice equally as confused comes on the speaker...** McDummy #2: Okay a #7, and the drink?" Me: "Diet Coke...please make sure you hold the onions!" I pay, I get to the pick up window and they hand me a bag with 2 large fries. I hand it back...and they asked me what I ordered...I told them and they passed me that bag. I head out still an hour away from home. One of the kids in my car said that their hamburger was cold and the other hamburger had onions on it. By this time I am 20 minutes up the road. Do I burn the gas to go back - that hamburger isn't WORTH the gas. OR...do I write this review - that hamburger DESERVES this review. What they did was precook patties and when you ask for no onion they slap one of those cold pre cooked patties on a bun - yeah for SURE. The cheese and patty were both cold. And then decided to give you what THEY think you should get not what YOU ordered...which was 'no onion.' Why get mad and go back...they're McDonalds...they're never gonna get it right. After all that is where high-schoolers go to get their sea-legs in the workforce...and they are managed by some 20-ish year old. It's not worth it... For just two more dollars you could get quality food and much better service. read more

We just went there to pick up lunch specifically ask them extra pickles and no cheese on the burgers. Of course when I picked them up, I immediately checked to make sure I got my order right and of course they did not put any pickles on the burgers. I told the drive-through guy. Hey I ordered extra pickles so he takes the burgers back and he gives me my new order. I should've checked again, but he only put one pickle in each burger. I think he did that just to be a smart ass. What a vindictive prick. read more

This Mcdonald's is a JOKE! I have been waiting in line for my order for almost 20 minutes, it says it has been in "progress" for that long, a Carmel Frappe should only take 2 minutes MAX. Even 2 minutes is a long time to make a small frappe, second there is never a Cashier, so if your ordering inside, I recomend you go back into your 2012 toyota and order from drive through. The only thing I've gotten from this McDonald's is their vanilla ice cream cone, but I've ordered it four times now and I've never been disappointed. Each time they make the swirl extremely high and I am very happy with how much ice cream they give me. Occasionally, the service is slow. I've never been inside so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the restaurant, but overall, the drive through does the trick. read more

Disgusting! Service is awful here! Waiting over 40 min for our food for us to be told our food was given to us! I don't understand if you're assigned a table number? Why are they not collecting the number or verification or the receipt before you give food away. My daughter was basically accused of stealing her own food she paid for, food in front of everyone by a very rude person! I was just trying to have a simple breakfast with my two grandchildren! It is fine you made a mistake, you gave our food away. No reason for her to be rude to us! Food was stolen from her, she said she was told the order was to go, she packed it up and never verified with the receipt or the table #. we're just sitting here patiently, waiting, the manager is fighting with us! Not cool, when she re gave my daughter her food she literally told her don't let anyone take it again. Rudely and sarcastic in front of everyone at the counter! Store is 190 Garrisonville Rd. Velma. With the green polo shirt was so rude, she needs to learn how to talk to people, awful customer service and I can imagine how she talks to her team. Slowest drive thru ever. Not worth the wait whatsoever. HATE this place so much. Don't even bother coming in the evening. The guy at the window asked for my order again and when I told him it's a number seven he said he didn't know what that was. Do you even work there? All employees should know the menu but they clearly don't care about that at this establishment. It shouldn't even be in operation as far as I'm concerned. read more

This McDonald's is rather busy... all the time. There's no lee-way when it comes to ordering lunch a minute early, but even though they want you to stick to the schedule, they will take about 15-20 minutes to create your order, and there's a guarantee that it will be messy or incorrectly made. This specific location is bearable for the deal you're getting, but I cant reiterate enough, you get what you pay for. The cream in my coffee tasted like spoiled milk, and my Mac Jr.'s left me wanting for more. All I found at this McDonald's was impatience and heartburn. Not worth it, to be honest. My husband spent the big bucks on the artisan chicken sandwiches, and they were clearly left over, dried up patties from the night before. Disgusting. read more

I feel like I shouldn't even have to review a McDonalds because my experience is pretty much the same at all of them. This McDonalds is particular though, I always experience problems. My last visit was the one that pushed me over the edge though. I ordered my food at 9:14: 1 McDouble Meal with an Egg Nogg Shake. Over 5 minutes had passed before the cashier mentioned their shake machine was not working, so the manager had offered a Smoothie instead - which I agreed to. I got a 3/4 full smoothie, smh. I continued to wait, and wait, while only 2 more customers came in and got their food. It wasn't until 9:45 that I had received my food. This is an extreme situation but very frequently it takes close to 10 minutes for an order. If you're a late bird, good luck with the service past 11pm. Some very rude employees, and be prepared to stand at the register waiting to order while no one wants to ring you up. The physical image of the store is fine though, they usually have an employee cleaning tables or floors at all times. Ketchup and Sweet Tea are usually out of order more than half of the time though. read more

We took our kids up to DC for a day at the Smithsonians and stopped here on the way home. Traffic had been horrible on I-95 (shock, I know) and since the kids had been so good we decided to take a break, pull off, and reward them with some ice cream. This review is about one of the employees working that day, a woman named Erin (or Erica, maybe?). Like many of the other reviewers have noted, this place was BUSY. It took a very long time for the sundaes to arrive (though it is worth noting that everyone was appropriately apologetic - we experienced none of the rudeness some of the other reviewers described), and my kids were getting restless. Erin - who I should note had already finished her shift - came over and entertained my kids while we waited. She noticed that my son also has Down syndrome and said "he's like me!," which my son loved. She talked to my kids, made them laugh, and made what could have been a tedious situation very pleasant. read more

Unfortunately this place is not managed well. The staff are nice enough but the service is super slow inside and out even when there are not a lot of people, orders are not right regularly, coffee is inconsistent in taste and heat and list is goes on. Stopping by on a long road trip the day after Christmas, we ordered in the restaurant. While waiting for our food, a customer went from the dining area to a staff member with a sandwich he had not ordered, an egg and meat biscuit. I saw the staff worker (wearing a black shirt, so she was a manager?) put the customer's sandwich down in the food prep area (where I couldn't see it). A few minutes later she gave me our bag of four sandwiches. After opening it on the interstate, we discovered that instead of the egg mcmuffin we'd ordered, we got this hand-me-down sandwich. First of all, this McDonald's employee gave us the wrong order. Secondly, it is unacceptable to give one customer's sandwich that they had handled to another customer. It is disgusting, a health hazard, and a violation of personal and profssional trust. They should be ashamed of themselves. Additionally, we had to wait 10 min+ to get this hand-me-down food. read more
